AC air could have been more cleaner, cooling was fine but quality of air, perhaps the cleaning the AC filters or something

I had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott. The location was excellent, the room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The food was outstanding, with a rich and diverse selection—I was definitely well fed! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would gladly stay here again.
The only downside was that my room was located quite far from the elevator, making it a bit inconvenient to reach.

This is the second time I chose to stay with JW, so clearly I had lined the first time. They have made lot of changes on the premises to take care of lot of guest friendly aspects. The facility is more clean and upscale. A big shout out to Shahbad, for helping me with the small transportation and luggage issue. He is approachable and considerate.
The room had a distinct wet moldy smell. The guest relation needs a lot of work. Specially because I had stayed with ITC 4 days prior and I saw a huge difference. I had to check twice for the issues.
