Niranta Airport Transit Hotel & Lounge Terminal 2 Arrivals

Had a great stay. Very convenient location, easy check in, very clean and comfortable room with a good shower and bed. The restaurant is nicely furnished and staff are friendly. One particular staff member Megha Shinde was very helpful and kind to me. I had a lot of heavy bags which kept falling off the trolley. When i was checking out, she saw i was having difficulty and decided to help me all the way to the bag check-in at the airport! Overall i would recommend the hotel to anyone who needs a night's sleep in between flights. I would stay again.

Very clean room with basic amenities. However the walls are thin. I got up a couple of time due to hallway noise. Location and terminal access for early morning flight is unparalleled.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is very convenient in Term 2 Arrival lower level. I would stay again for a short lay over and need a place to rest and shower.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The check-in was quick and efficient, and the food at the restaurant was very good. The staff were excellent—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A special mention to Duty Manager Haneef, who went out of his way to assist my mother, who uses a wheelchair. His kindness, care, and personal attention were truly appreciated and made our stay much more comfortable. The only downside was the soundproofing between the rooms, as we could quite clearly hear noise from the next room. Improving this would make the overall experience even better. Overall, a very good experience, especially thanks to the wonderful staff and exceptional service from Haneef. Highly recommended.
