Nice and clean pool and courtyard. The kitchen is well equiped.
The house is in a very nice and quiet area. It also has 2 bikes to use if necessary. It is a bit far from Sirmione old center Town and Peschiera del Garda. It has also a washing mashine for clothes. We really enjoyed staying there.
The bed linen and towels aren't included, it cost 15 euros /person.
2 rooms don't have air conditionning.
In the room with 2 small beds can sleep only 2 kids or one adult and one kid.
The sofa from The living room is quite big and can be used to sleep but it is not so comfortable.
