The people who works there, I never stayed in a place that make me feel like home like this one. Is not a hotel of 5 stars but the treatment of the owners is like it is. They help my a lot and were really polite even when they don't speak English. Absolutely amazing. If you want to feel like home this is your place.

Super dissapointing
Nothing good to be mentioned. If you face issues at this Hotel, ask for daughter of 2 ladies to support you, because she speaks English.
Several points to touch: a) Stuff (2 old ladies) do not speak English, French or Russian. Only Italian and German is accepted. b) When we arrived at the place, 2 old ladies said that there is no room left for us. They said that we have no confirmation from Booking. For 40min was calling to Booking support (phone supplier issued 90eur bill, because Booking help center is located in UK, which is not EU country anymore and price for calls is 3eur/min). Booking support was not able to speak in English with ladies, who were not even speaking with them. Later on, daughter of one of ladies arrived and confirmed, that these 2 ladies let in some random people to our booked room. They gave us room without shower or restroom inside for 1 night stay. However, ladies did not offer any discount, any special offer. Super disappointing experience when you are up in the mountains at night and closest available hotel is by 150km. c) Breakfast is so plain and simple, that you always receive something to make the most simple sandwich. d) Room was located with window to small fall of river - so you can not sleep with open window, because sounds is huge.

Consigliatissimo, sicuramente ci torneremo in inverno
La struttura era molto pulita, ordinata e accogliente. Il vero pregio di questo posto è stata la calda accoglienza e gentilezza delle sorelle Ida e Elizabeth che gestiscono l’hotel da decenni. Oltre alla buona colazione inclusa, è possibile anche cenare con degli ottimi piatti tipici fatti in casa dalle signore. Infine, ottima qualità-prezzo.

Meravigliosa esperienza!
Una esperienza meravigliosa! L'atmosfera accogliente a 360°, si immerge nella vita di un paesino montanaro austriaco. La struttura gestita da una famiglia gentilissima e disponibile. Colazione ottima, le pulizie perfette. Eccezionale rapporto prezzo/qualità. Un posto perfetto per un ritiro spirituale e per stare in pace concigliate con la natura. Sicuramente torneremo!
