A Modern Villa

This Apartment complex only had two units, yet had an amazing outdoor common area with lounge seating, dining seating and ample decks and balconies off each unit. The host was very accommodating and arranged as a part of the rental a taxi to pick us up at the Old Town. We were able to check-in several hours early and that was greatly appreciated. The modern indoor decor and layout worked well for the size of our group and it was a very comfortable place to stay. We especially enjoyed the professional cappuccino machine in the kitchen that was well used during our stay. Will definitely stay here again upon future visits.

Perfect stay, beautiful apartment, lovely manager.

Ana, the house manager was very helpful. The property had a nice deck to enjoy morning coffee. The kitchen was equipped with a very nice espresso machine. The fridge was stocked with coffee, milk and champagne which was a nice touch. The location was great and quiet. It is about a 15 minute walk to Hvar town where most restaurants and bars exist.

We were asked to provide 2400 kn as a security deposit upon arrival which was not disclosed in the listing. We did not have that much cash on hand. Would have been more comfortable with using a credit card instead. But we did get our security deposit back when Ana met us for check-out. Just wished we had been made aware of this prior to arriving so we could have been prepared.
