Mieszkanie przestronne, czyste i wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne od sprzętu kuchennego, mikrofalówki, pralki, zmywarki, suszarki, klimatyzacji. Nie było się do czego przyczepić. Bardzo miły gospodarz, który codziennie przynosił nam czereśnie ze swego ogrodu. Bardzo polecam to mieszkanko!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und toll geschnitten, die Lage ist gut, die Ausstattung ist gut. Bis zum Strand sind es ca. 600m, im Umkreis von 500 m gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die besten Restaurants von Zadar. In die Altstadt sind es zu Fuß 30 Minuten. Marko ist sehr hilfsbereit und per WhatsApp gut zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist kostenfrei und sicher. Die Schlafzimmer gehen nach hinten raus und sind dadurch leise. Der Balkon ist schön, geht aber zur Straße raus.
Alles in allem ist diese Wohnung absolut empfehlenswert!
Auf der Straße vor dem Haus ist immer viel los, allerdings nicht nachts zwischen 12 und 7 Uhr. Dadurch ist immer ein gewisser Lärmpegel gegeben.

Very nice, clean and good situated apartment equipped with all what is needed for a family holiday stay in Zadar. Very friendly host! Apartment is close to shops, bakery and some good restaurants. 10 minutes walk from the beach. Overall rating: 10/10

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this apartment! Everything was just perfect — the place is very clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The location is good, just a short walk to the sea, which made it so easy to enjoy daily swims and peaceful sunsets. The host and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding — always ready to assist with anything we needed, while also giving us space and privacy. You can really feel that they care about their guests and want them to have the best possible stay.
We felt completely at home and will definitely come back again. Highly, highly recommended to anyone visiting this beautiful part of Croatia!
