Villa Perla

We had an amazing one-week stay at Villa Perla in Zadar with a group of friends. The villa was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. A special thank you goes to AnaMarija, who made our stay truly memorable. Our flight was delayed, but despite the late arrival, she was there waiting for us at night with the keys and gave us a warm welcome. On our last morning, she surprised us with a delicious homemade pancake breakfast, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. Her kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail made us feel at home throughout our stay. We highly recommend Villa Perla and would definitely love to come back!

Alles gut

This was an excellent location for the second stage of our visit to Zadar. Walking distance to all the amenities that you need as well as a lovely strip of coast line for sunbathing or sunset drinks as well as being only €4.50 in a taxi from the old town or an easy bus trip plus short walk. We had to change our check in time on the day, the staff were very flexible and accommodating. At the end of our stay our daughter left her headphones behind. I text Anamirija to see if she could find them, she went over straight away and offered to put them in a taxi to the airport for us. I'd highly recommend this place for couples and families as well as business travel. The roof top pool is an added bonus.

Lovely apartment. Pool whilst shared with the other apartment felt private. A little oasis on the roof! The fruit and pancakes from the host on the penultimate day were a lovely touch.

Could have been a bit more cutlery, plates, bowls etc. Couldn’t use the dishwasher very often because of this. Minor point.
