Great location, staff friendly and flexible

Accidently left keycard in the room. We were messaged and keycard was waiting when we got back. Staff was friendly.
Communication was in Italian. Hard to understand. "Breakfast" was a block away and just a coffee and a donut. Open "low voltage" electrical box in the shower. Toilet paper was like plastic.
