Location was good. Great shower. Very clean. Helpful staff.
There could be a bit more variation in the breakfast, e. g. less white bread. Bring your own shower gel and shampoo.

Great location near the Vatican. Excellent breakfast delivered to room on a trolley left outside your door. Comfortable room with good air conditioning - a must in the heat of Rome. Host very responsive to queries. Good selection of restaurants in the area.
Lift out of service on check-out day - beyond control of our host

Fantastic location, good breakfast for italian standards, free mini bar and friendly host
The best linen had a bit stain on it and bathroom looks run down… not luxury at all.
