A wonderful guest house that fully met our expectations. The location is just perfect — the prestigious and quiet Prati district, literally a stone's throw from the Vatican, with plenty of great restaurants and a metro station nearby. The room itself was very clean, fresh, and quiet; the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was very comfortable for resting after long walks. We also appreciated having a coffee machine and a kettle in the room. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff was always responsive. We would gladly stay here again!

Loved the location, the room was perfect for just me!! Also loved being able to chat through WhatsApp!!
The only thing would be to have a el or space to put the luggage for the day… or even behind the desk…

Thin walls between rooms 103 and 104.
The shower was either cold or really hot and only the rain shower head worked. I was surprised it was not a hotel from the listing.

Very clean. Comfy bed and room. Location pretty good. Walk to the Vatican. Public transport near by. Nice restaurants around. Quiet area.
It was a very confusing process to get entry to the building. Everyone who arrived at the same time as us found the same problem. I had to call the manager after many attempts to help me. There is no one on site to assist you. Whilst there is an elevator, it’s up about 20 steps, which kind of defeats the purpose of you have bags. It’s also very small, like most elevators in Europe, so it may take a few trips up.
It is set in an apartment block with permanent tenants.
