Peaceful beachfront

This house is in a truly gorgeous spot, just a short staircase down to the beach. Even when the beach is busy, the area right in front of the house feels peaceful and completely private—perfect for relaxing. Guests also have a dedicated parking space, which is very convenient. Inside, the house has everything you could need. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living room offers absolutely stunning views. Waking up in the bedroom to the sight of the sea and mountains is simply magical—it’s the perfect way to start the day. You’re just a 10-minute walk along the beach to reach Piran’s charming Tartini Square, and only 5 minutes to Fiesa’s main beach, where you’ll find bars and restaurants. The beach itself stretches both ways, so you can enjoy a swim either towards Piran or in the direction of Fiesa. This is the kind of place where you can truly unwind, enjoy the scenery, and feel completely at home.

We, I am 77, my wife, 72, and my daughter, 43, had a wonderful week in Piran

Self made breakfast. Unfortunately, the filter coffee maker did not work. Therefore, we were stuck with instant coffee. The kitchen light went on/off by itself in a weird way. Otherwise, everything was just fine. The location is perfect, with a fantastic view towards Triest. We stayed outside, on the wonderful terrace most of the time. 150 steps lead down to the beach. Then, an easy and picturesque, 15 min. walk to Piran. Great! And, important for a stay in Piran, free parking place just a few steps away.

As mentioned above, the coffee maker did not work and the kitchen lighting wasn't good. This will certainly be taken care of for the next visitors. Otherwise, dishwasher, stove, oven, just fine.

Die Aussicht ist der Wahnsinn, die Nähe zur Altstadt ca 15 Minuten Fussweg, der Garten und der eigene Parkplatz

der Strand ist mit den Steinen nicht so schön, aber hat mit der Unterkunft nichts zu tun

Super schön mit einem kleine minus für den Weg zum Eingang der Wohnung.

Die Aussicht vom Sitzplatz war sensationell und die Lage direkt am Meer hat mich begeistert. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet und hat alles was benötigt wird. Ich würde jeder Zeit wieder da Wohnen wollen.

Leider haben wir den Vermieter nicht angetroffen und mussten den Weg zum Haus via Telefon nachfragen, da im Haus zwei Wohnungen sind. Der Eingang ist nur via eine schmale Treppe welche zum Strand geht zu erreichen. Ist relativ schwierig das ganze Gepäck über die Treppe zum Haus zu bringen. Ist aber reklamieren auf hohem Niveau:-)
