Perfect accommodation

Peaceful, perfect view, wonderful garden! Excellently equipped apartment with all the necessary appliances for a longer or shorter stay. Private parking inside the villa. Accommodation is highly recommended!

The location of the Villa is very close to the main promenade and the coast in Portorož, but the departure and arrival due to the height difference, without a car, is very tiring and requires good fitness.

Love it!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The owner is friendly and available for any questions. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need. We really enjoyed the garden. The neighborhood is nice and quiet—it's a bit uphill, but still only a few minutes' walk to the sea.

Amazing place for big families or couple of friends

The apartment is spacious, furniture and appliances are new, everything is just beautiful. There's spacious living room with dining room and kitchen with absolutely everything you need for cooking, Master bedroom with bathroom, second bedroom with its own bathroom, large terrace and an additional toilet. Cool thing is also a big TV with Netflix, Amazon and other platforms. And the terrace view is just perfect. You can dine on the terrace, which I highly recommend. Hosts are great as well. I can talk for a long time about this place, I really liked it, as well as my family.

The only thing I didn't like is that the place is up the hill, so it's not that easy pushing up and down the baby stroller, but it was not that long ride and often we used a car for that purpose.

Ideal location in coastal resort town for day trips in all directions.

Lovely private apartment with everything provided for travellers. Felt very secure and good location for visits out to Portoroz, Pirani and villages on the Istrian Peninsula. Good information and guidelines given for the apartment.

Car parking was a bit hit and miss! Would be good to have clear marked spaces.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the forgotten garden villa! A villa with a view! The villa was well equipped, was spacious, clean, the people were very friendly, ... Everything you could want for a stay in Portoroz was there. We can only recommend it!

The apartment is in a great location and walking distance to restaurants and Piran.

The apartment was exceptionally clean , well located and had all of the listed amenities. The property manager had wonderful restaurant and activity recommendations .

The AC was difficult to work and even the property manager did not resolve the issue. A fan or properly working AC would have allowed for better sleep.

A luxury apartment a few roads back from the beach and centre of town. Both bedrooms were great and the whole place was really well kitted out and designed. Loads of storage; a huge flat screen TV; great aircon; lovely bathrooms and a quiet location with its own grounds.

Little bit tricky to find and on a steep road - but hosts were very helpful both in helping is find the property and in follow up conversations.

Excellent location, walking distance to the beach while still feeling remote and quiet. Stylishly furnished and with all the necessary amenities. Also equipped with a washing machine and a guaranteed place to park, which both were big plusses for us.

There was a bit of an ant plague when we stayed. A couple of hundred ants were inside, and in every corner they had to place ant-traps to control the issue. Also bring your own shower gel as there is the place is frugal on the soap you get. An electric car charger would also have been a big plus, but there are some places downtown to charge your car (5min walk).

Luxurious and quiet hideaway

A brand new, luxurious & cosy apartment in a perfect location with all the amenities you can imagine (a huge TV screen with Netflix account was a cherry on the top ;), sensational sea view and quiet environment. Perfect for family with kids. 10 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the city centre. I highly recommend this beautiful garden villa.

Perfect stay in the upper appartment

Spacious and really nice decorated apartment. Lovely view. Two outdoor seating areas. So if it’s too hot you can just change to the area in the shade. Parking spot was okay for our VW T5. We would love to come back one day.

The walk to the apartment from the beach is really strenuous- gueats should be aware of that and consider to go by car.
