Gelungener Aufenthalt, mit Abstrichen für Kleinkindtauglichkeit

Schöne Villa in guter Umgebung, eingezäunt mit eigener Garage und Gartentor. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr professionell.

Die Klimaanlage im Untergeschoss ließ sich mit der Fernbedienung nicht bedienen und verbreitete unangenehmen Geruch. Außerdem hatte Badezimmer und WC im UG einen leicht muffigen Geruch. Der Balkon im Obergeschoss ist sehr schön, allerdings ist der Abstand zwischen einigen Geländerelementen für kleine Kinder (wir waren mit 1, 2 und 4- jährigen unterwegs) wesentlich zu groß. Österreichischen Richtlinien entspricht dieses Geländer mit Sicherheit nicht. Selbiges gilt für die Gartenmauer hin zur Zufahrt, die Mauer ist bis über 2m hoch und hat kein Geländer.

Perfect accommodation

Peaceful, perfect view, wonderful garden! Excellently equipped apartment with all the necessary appliances for a longer or shorter stay. Private parking inside the villa. Accommodation is highly recommended!

The location of the Villa is very close to the main promenade and the coast in Portorož, but the departure and arrival due to the height difference, without a car, is very tiring and requires good fitness.

Love it!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The owner is friendly and available for any questions. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need. We really enjoyed the garden. The neighborhood is nice and quiet—it's a bit uphill, but still only a few minutes' walk to the sea.

Ovo je drugi put da boravimo u ovoj vili. Vila je savršena, čista 10. Opremljena je do najsitnijih detalja, imate ono i što ne možete da zamislite. Sve je čisto, uredno i mirišljavo. Komunikacija sa domaćinima i recepcijom je fantastična. Na recepciji možete kupiti domaće lokalno maslinovo ulje i lokalna vina.

Wir hatten das obere, größere App. mit Terrasse, alles sehr neu und top gepflegt. Könnte nicht besser sein, kommen somit bald wieder. Feels like a home away from home

Es war alles bestens, man sollte nur wissen, dass man von der Promenade etwas bergauf zu gehen hat, das aber mit einem tollen Ausblick belohnt wird.

Super Unterkunft für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Portoroz.

Die Lage war für Portoroz super, auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück vom Apartment war ein Parkplatz vorhanden. Sehr netter Gastgeber war beim Check-In anwesend und beim Check-Out pünktlich an der Unterkunft. Zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten bis zur Hafenpromenade von Portoroz.

Amazing place for big families or couple of friends

The apartment is spacious, furniture and appliances are new, everything is just beautiful. There's spacious living room with dining room and kitchen with absolutely everything you need for cooking, Master bedroom with bathroom, second bedroom with its own bathroom, large terrace and an additional toilet. Cool thing is also a big TV with Netflix, Amazon and other platforms. And the terrace view is just perfect. You can dine on the terrace, which I highly recommend. Hosts are great as well. I can talk for a long time about this place, I really liked it, as well as my family.

The only thing I didn't like is that the place is up the hill, so it's not that easy pushing up and down the baby stroller, but it was not that long ride and often we used a car for that purpose.

Lovely private apartment with everything provided for travellers. Felt very secure and good location for visits out to Portoroz, Pirani and villages on the Istrian Peninsula. Good information and guidelines given for the apartment.

Car parking was a bit hit and miss! Would be good to have clear marked spaces.

kleines feines Appartement, ideal für 2 Personen

Wir hatten das Appartement im Parterre mit einem schönen Garten mit alten Bäumen. Es gab eine kleine Beanstandung und diese wurde sehr freundlich und sofort erledigt. Die Küche war perfekt eingerichtet, sogar mit Geschirrspüler. Es gab sehr viele Schränke für Kleidung etc. und es war angenehm warm mit Fußbodenheizung, bei einer Reise im Winter sehr wichtig.

Tolle Villa in einer wunderschönen Gegend.

sehr geräumig, jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad + einer zusätzlichen Toilette. Sehr ruhig mit einer tollen Aussicht auf das Meer. Sehr unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe und sehr freundlich. Kommunikation geht auch über WhatsApp wenn das Englisch nicht so gut. Nicht weit zum Strand.

Der Zugang vom Strand zur Villa ist nur über eine sehr steile Straße zu erreichen. Muss man gut zu Fuß sein.

The apartment was exceptionally clean , well located and had all of the listed amenities. The property manager had wonderful restaurant and activity recommendations .

The AC was difficult to work and even the property manager did not resolve the issue. A fan or properly working AC would have allowed for better sleep.

A luxury apartment a few roads back from the beach and centre of town. Both bedrooms were great and the whole place was really well kitted out and designed. Loads of storage; a huge flat screen TV; great aircon; lovely bathrooms and a quiet location with its own grounds.

Little bit tricky to find and on a steep road - but hosts were very helpful both in helping is find the property and in follow up conversations.

Superb

Excellent location, walking distance to the beach while still feeling remote and quiet. Stylishly furnished and with all the necessary amenities. Also equipped with a washing machine and a guaranteed place to park, which both were big plusses for us.

There was a bit of an ant plague when we stayed. A couple of hundred ants were inside, and in every corner they had to place ant-traps to control the issue. Also bring your own shower gel as there is the place is frugal on the soap you get. An electric car charger would also have been a big plus, but there are some places downtown to charge your car (5min walk).

Luxurious and quiet hideaway

A brand new, luxurious & cosy apartment in a perfect location with all the amenities you can imagine (a huge TV screen with Netflix account was a cherry on the top ;), sensational sea view and quiet environment. Perfect for family with kids. 10 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the city centre. I highly recommend this beautiful garden villa.
