La posizione è ottimale, la colazione a buffet offre prodotti freschi, immancabile torta fatta in casa. Disponibilità del personale. Nel pomeriggio si può degustare un aperitivo nel giardino. Inoltre sulla spiaggia c’è sia il ristorante che il noleggio gommoni, ombrelloni, sup, canoe alloggiando in struttura c’è una agevolazione sul prezzo. La possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in struttura dopo il check-out e poter usufruire di una doccia nel pomeriggio prima della partenza, meraviglioso così da poter sfruttare anche l’ultimo giorno di mare.

Il silenzio e la location nel verde, il parcheggio coperto, la cortesia tipica dei Toscani, essenziale e non affettata.La sensazione di essere in un borgo familiare
L'orario della colazione parte dalle 8,30, per raggiungere le spiagge più distanti ( Biodola, Sansone, Fetovaia)è un po' tardi si rischia di non trovare i parcheggi
