Personal muy humano y familiar

Everything is spectacular. I personally had trouble getting to the hotel due to the weather, but the staff were always willing to help, providing taxi numbers and even offering to call a taxi for us themselves. I also lost a camera on a bus, but they helped me find it and arrange for it to be sent to my home. Breakfast is delicious and there is plenty of variety. All the staff are friendly and always looking for ways to help, whether with questions, contacts or suggestions. It's definitely worth staying there.

I LOVED this hotel. the staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing and the location ideal. really clean & well equipped. I wish I could have stayed longer.

I loved everything. the only thing that would have been better was if there was aircon - there was a fan which worked well but it was quite warm in the room still.

.Our stay at the Imperia Hotel was really great. The beds where very good, we had a lot towels and everything was very clean. The breakfast was a lot and really wonderfull with homemade cake and lots of other tasty food. The people of Imperia are so friendly and helpfull. We love to come back here en hate to go:(

One of the best stays

Very friendly accommodating staff, beautiful location (we could see the sea from our balcony) with lots of shops, cafés and restaurants. Various activities nearby (paddle boarding, fishing, wine tasting, diving, snorkeling etc.). Bright and spacious rooms with lovely breakfast buffet.

No antimoschito gadgets but I bought Raid from the shop near the hotel. The hotel looked very clean but there was hair in the bathroom when we checked in. However, the staff was exceptionally helpful with everything.

Great location, but much room for improvement

The location was great, staff was very friendly, our room was cleaned on a daily base, but there were quite a few things to improve on - we didn't understand how this hotel could get an 8,8 rating tbh...

Nobody was there when wanting to check in and we didn't get the complete set of keys so that we locked ourselves out of our room. The rooms were smaller than expected and the quality of the amenities was poor. The fridge and fan were loud which kept us up multiple times during the night. Breakfast was nice with lots of sweet treats, but we were missing somewhat more healthy options.

Siamo stati benissimo, un posto meraviglioso e un albergo veramente piacevole e accogliente!

Colazione abbondante, camera pulitissima, personale gentilissimo. Inoltre, a pochissimi passi dal mare e in uno dei borghi più belli dell'isola d'Elba dove è piacevolissimo passeggiare la sera o uscire a mangiare fuori a cena.

La camera poteva essere leggermente più grande e in generale i mobili e le camere non sono nuovissime ma tutto è molto curato e tenuto in ordine, oltre che pulito!

Super Lage, grandioses Preis-Leistungverhältnis, tolles Frühstück

Super Lage. Alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt ist in zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Diverse kleine Stadtstrände (Kies-Strand), kleiner Supermarkt, Bank, Restaurants und Eisdielen sind innerhalb 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Zimmer waren zweckmässig eingerichtet aber sehr sauber. Tolles Frühstück im Garten. Sehr nettes Personal.

Wäre toll wenn etwas frisches zum Frühstück angeboten werden würde (Tomaten, Gurken etc.) das hat uns nach ein paar Tagen gefehlt.

Una piacevole sorpresa

Struttura in un’ottima posizione a Marciana Marina con personale veramente gentile e super disponibile. Colazione ricca a buffet con anche la possibilità di avere omelette fatte sul momento. Su richiesta hanno prodotti senza glutine confezionati. Durante tutto il pomeriggio offrono la possibilità di fare una piccola merenda senza costi aggiuntivi con pezzi di torte e consentono di rinfrescarsi con acqua menta e limone.

Toccata e fuga a Marciana Marina

Struttura pulita camere spaziose e pulite la posizione è fantastica ad un passo dal lungo mare .il pezzo forte è il giardino sul retro dell’hotel dove si fa colazione …da provare con tutto e di più tutto ottimo

La struttura nelle stanze è un po’ datata tra le porte e i sanitari ma tutto comunque molto pulito.

A 2 passi dal mare, colazione eccezionale

1) la colazione in giardino, veramente abbondante e con prodotti di altissima qualità (eccezionale la vasta gamma di dolci così come il salato, con 3 varietà di pane uno migliore dell altro) 2) la posizione, veramente a 2 passi dal mare, con possibilità di parcheggio gratuito, alla peggio, a 3 minuti dalla struttura 3) ambiente familiare e cortesia 4) pulizia delle camere 5) convenzione del 10% con il ristorante la scaletta dove, nonostante il locale pienissimo, abbiamo mangiato bene, serviti in poco tempo, spendendo il giusto 6) rapporto qualità prezzo della struttura: considerato la colazione, la posizione a 50m dal mare, la camera con vista sul monte capanne abbiamo speso meno di quanto previsto. 7) bella struttura: hotel curato, molti richiami al mare, ottima la possibilità di colazione in giardino Riassumendo: consigliatissimo

1) letto corto, sono 1.80 avevo i piedi fuori 2) infissi da rivedere nella camera (porta poco scorrevole, scarico sciacquone che faceva un pochino di rumore) Sono piccolissime pecche in un soggiorno comunque perfetto.

La zona, gentilezza del personale, belle le camere e la struttura. Molto piacevole la colazione a buffet la mattina dopo con i tavolini esterni su giardino interno.

Hotel Imperia ha un bellissimo giardino dove si fa una ricca e buona colazione. Anche all’interno è presente una zona buffet alla quale ci si può servire liberamente durante il soggiorno (caffè, the, acqua, torte). L’hotel è convenzionato con un ottimo ristorante antistante, che fa una buonissima pizza. Inoltre l’hotel è in centro e vicinissimo alla passeggiata lungomare.

L’arredo della stanza era un po’ vecchieggiante. La stanza aveva un brutto odore. Il pavimento non era del tutto pulito, ma comunque accettabile.

Tutto perfetto, il personale è molto gentile e accogliente, la posizione è ottima, silenziosa ma vicina a tutto. Ristorante convenzionato di fronte, parcheggio a 200 mt o lungo la strada. Delizioso il giardino in cui viene servita la colazione sempre molto abbondante con tantissima scelta dolce e salato. Nella hall, a disposizione per tutto il resto del giorno biscotti, caffè e tisane. Un posto fantastico per rilassarsi mi dispiace solo che la mia breve vacanza sia già finita! Grazieeee

Camera molto essenziale, forse troppo, con alcune mancanze o difetti sui quali per un paio di notti si può soprassedere, ma se il soggiorno è più lungo diventano difficili da accettare; la mancanza di aria condizionata e zanzariere, porte e avvolgibili estremamente vecchie e rumorose per cui si è disturbati durante la notte o al mattino presto dalle entrate o uscite degli altri ospiti. Aggiungerei almeno lo shampoo al set di cortesia
