Well located, clean and responsive staff.

Internet was intermittent and heater remote had to be replaced as The room was cold for the first two nights, but the staff was quick to solve the problem.

The garden is wonderful, good place to sit and read. The breakfast is served there.

The room was not cozy, high ceiling, white painted, very simple mobiliaire. A big contrast with the wonderful garden.

Das wir ein größeres und helleres Zimmer bekommen haben weil unseres nicht vorbereitet war. Ruhige Lage des Hotels

Das Personal wer sehr freundlich und bemüht aber leider nicht besonders motiviert um die wenigen Gäste in Empfang zu nehmen. Obwohl Rezeption angeblich bis 20 Uhr besetzt ist, wurden wir mit einem Schreiben empfangen. Das störte uns nicht besonders. Allerdings hatten wir das falsche Zimmer zugeordnet bekommen und mussten auf Ersatz zurückgreifen. Nachhinein war es aber vermutlich besser so. Zum Frühstück wurden wir lieblos zwischen dreckigen Geschirr von den Gästen empfangen und im ganzen Haus war niemand außer uns. Irgendwann kam dann doch ein junger netter Mann der uns Kaffe gemacht hat und uns über das sehr magere Frühstücksbüffet versucht bei Laune zu halten. Sehr schade das so wenig auf Guten Service gelegt wird. Für eine Übernachtung war es ok.

Poteva andare peggio

Il giardino è la cosa piu bella!staff decisamente simpatico e cordiale.

Parcheggio difficile , al mio arrivo inesistente, ho dovuto parcheggiare davanti all’ingresso, come ogni sera. Eppure se si fornisce un parcheggio almeno che ci sia. Nel bagno della mia camera una volta entrato mancava il bagnoschiuma che ho dovuto richiedere io, senno chissa quando ci si accorgeva della sua mancanza. Per non parlare che ogni giorno dovrebbe essere ricaricato, invece no, il problema persisteva con l’alternarsi della mancanza di sapone o delle mani o della doccia. Deludente un servizio cosi.La polvere è pressoché parte integrante della struttura, la sedia ne è ricoperta e davanzale penso non abbia mai visto uno straccio con un po’ d’acqua in vita sua. Per non parlare del comodino dove ormai ha vita propria la polvere.Frigo in stanza inesistenze e dovrebbe essere essenziale, soprattutto in estate. Per finire il tutto con una doccia smontabile e apribile con scarico a pavimento. La cassaforte c’è ma al suo interno le pile sono ossidate. Eppure nei supermercati penso ne vendano di nuove. La luce della camera? Bhe una volta entrati penso che in discoteca la luce traballi di meno. Sicuramente prima dell’arrivo di ospiti che pagano fior di soldi le vacanze controllare queste cose sia il minimo. Colazioni basiche, brioches? Vuote e con una marmellata o la nocciolina…. Anche qui molto deluso, Con pochi accorgimenti si potrebbe migliorare e renderla molto piu invitante.

Ottima struttura, posizione comoda a 10 min a piedi dal lungomare di Marciana Marina. Comodo il parcheggio messo a disposizione dalla struttura e la colazione compresa (buona e variegata). Pulizie e cambio biancheria ogni giorno.

Ce n'est pas un hotel. Il n'y a personne à l'accueil quand on arrive à l'heure prévue (la clé de la chambre est sur la porte, personne n'a d'ailleurs fait notre enregistrement; pour la police, nous n'étions donc nulle part). Il est impossible de joindre quiconque de "l'hotel". Et quand on voit la personne le matin elle fait la tête. C'est situé à plus d'une demi heure de marche du centre alors que le site dit "à quelques pas". 155 euros (pour une chambre double) est très cher pour la prestation.

Parcheggio all’ombra (una parte) molto comodo, stanza piccola ma pulita e moderna e silenziosa, colazione in giardino rilassante.

Per andare in paese si cammina a bordo strada, il primo tratto senza marciapiede e poi hanno creato una striscia (pitturata) pedonale. Scendere abbastanza veloce ma non piacevole con macchine e camion a fianco sotto il sole, salire non proprio comodissimo insomma

Posizione ottima. Giardino molto bello e curato. I proprietari gentili. La casa ha un grande potenziale per la pozione e la bellezza della struttura. Andrebbe ristrutturato e rimodernato. La colazione sarebbe da migliorare, diversificare i cibi.
