The property was very good, it was self check in was very hard to find the parking lot if not from around the area like we were . Hard to find the reception as there is none just a door with a passcode , but the bar next door helped us out . We stayed in room one it was good because it had an open glass door was absolutely beautiful, had a bar and restaurant RIGHT OUTSIDE or window ! Amazing food and those cocktails made it super special it was so nice to have such a lovely atmosphere and a very very friendly owner who we met on the day we were leaving and all I can say is Kathleen went above and beyond for us

I didn’t like the property over the hard parking , definitely need to sort that out as when we arrived and FINALLY found it we seen many many many others in trouble with it also , when we did find it we realised it was also taken up by people coming and going not staying at the hotel but coming to the bar right outside , which was very unfair to those who paid for the hotel thinking they also got parking access. It would have been handy for the owner to make sure Netflix is working 100% as we had to log into our own Netflix accounts as it would not let us do it . Would also be nice if it was possible to have fridges in the rooms this was definitely a big downfall … there was a fridge in the hall , but anyone staying upstairs could have access to it as well and very easily could’ve mistaken ours to there’s even with alcohol very easily to be stolen so would recommend the property gets fridges in all rooms!

Location was great. Short walk to the town centre and good restaurant a few feet away.

There was a damp smell in the room which didn't go away. There was a lot of black damp in the bathroom and rusty radiator. Privacy curtains for day time would be a plus.

Location fine and lovely apartment if it had been cleaned properly!

Poo on toilet seat and bed linen very wrinkled, which was bearable and cleaned poo off myself, but one bed linen had obviously not been changed since previous guests..smelled really bad! We at least had the choice of the other bed thankfully!

Kathleen is amazing!!! And rooms are big and clean!!

We went out and lost the key to our room (completely our fault) and arrived back at the hotel very late the night. We rang the emergency number and Kathleen arrived in less than 20 minutes to give us the spare key! (There was no judgement- she arrived right away, opened the door and made us feel completely at ease before we went to sleep). Absolutely delighted with the service plus very clean room and massive bathroom. It’s very central with good Wi-Fi and TV too. Recommend this for your stay in Ballina!

The bathroom was especially large and the bedroom was a good size.

I could constantly hear the hot water cylinder running which did disturb my sleep once or twice but overall it wasn’t that bad. There is no lift so for those with mobility issues this may be a no go

Perfect stay

The setting is beautiful. Right outside an amazing restaurant and nearby shops. We were provided with a cot and bedding prior to arrival which took a great deal of stress out of travelling. The room was exceptionally clean and had extra amenities. There is a fridge downstairs as well as microwave and kettle which helped greatly to quickly feed the 3 year old in our family. Room are large with plenty of space. Easy access to the hotel and felt safe and secure.

Right in the center but cozy and quite

It’s really well located. Great staff, very friendly and clean. It was very quiet and nice to sleep without being interrupted and the internet conexión worked really well so I could work from there.

it was missing hangers in the toilet to just hang the wet towels. Not a lot of storage for clothes in a room that it is supposed to host 5 people. Overall it was good.

Great big Bathroom

Super easy check in instructions and great location of property, central to Ballina town and all shops close by. There is also a playground for the kids aboit 10minute walk away.. Bathroom and bedroom is huge and looks recently updated and equipped with everything for a short stay. Definitely recommend Dillons restaurant in the courtyard as the food there was lovely

We were on the 2nd floor with another above us and could hear the occupants walking around til midnight, which doesn't bode well when travelling with a baby. Also, a lot of light at this time of year and hard to darken the place for early sleep

Great little spot in the heart of Ballina. Stayed for 2 nights as we attended a family wedding at nearby Belleek Castle. Very impressed with the room and the facilities, and Kathleen and Jessica were so friendly. Check-in was very easy with codes and clear instructions sent in advance. Room was lovely, very clean and spacious. Modern decor, comfortable beds, and great amenities (hairdryer, iron, ironing board, tea/coffee/biscuits, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel). Carpark was full on arrival, but wasn’t a big deal as there is a P&D carpark very close with free parking between 6:30pm and 8:30am, so we parked there and moved it in the morning when there were plenty of spaces available. Dillons restaurant right next door was lovely too, all dishes impressive and staff very friendly. Nice little coffee shop (Kitchen Garden) only about a 2 minute walk away for a fry up in the morning too. Great value for money, would definitely stay here again.
