Great house, full of character! Classy & cosy, but with lots of space.

3 Double Bedrooms .... big comfy beds! Beautiful bed linen, goose & duck down quilts. Hairdryers and guest bathrobes in each bedroom.
2 upstairs bathrooms, 1 x bath, 2 x showers.
All towels supplied (nice & fluffy!)
Shampoo/conditioners/shower gels & bath soaps supplied.
Living Room & Reading Den..... TV, DVD, CD player, iPod stand & speaker. Large CD and book collection. Chess and other board games.

Dining room (seats 8/10). Beautiful reclaimed pine table with full table settings & glassware. Great for dinner parties!
Gorgeous kitchen, fully equipped..... gas hob/oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, juicer etc. Steller potware, professional knives & utensils. Ample supply of crockery, cutlery and glassware.

Myself, my partner, and my friends were in Ballina for a wedding and stayed at Caledonia for the weekend. It’s a beautiful home with all the amenities you could need for a short or long term stay. Would definitely stay here again if I found myself in Ballina!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful with all you need and lovely extras like thd welcome package of food which is much appreciated after a long journey. The covered decking is great given the Irish weather, feels like holidays when you can eat outside!! The beds were lovely and comfortable with a bath robe for all!!. The location was great just a few minutes walk from town and very easy to find. Gina was very helpful snd knowledgeable. We really do hope to be back again.Thanks again Gina!!
