Good location for our requirements. Good size modern 3 bed semi detached home. Comfy sofas, good size kitchen with all appliances including washing machine &dryer which was a big plus. Easy to find and self check in.

Previous residents need to report problems/breakages and wash up properly. Owner rectified reported issues for us. Wooden floors upstairs a bit noisy, hopefully not too disturbing for the neighbours.

Kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Bedrooms were nice. Plenty of towels available and toiletries which was good. Ample parking space outside the house. Satisfactory base for a family getaway.

Living area had only enough seating room for 4 people so we couldn't all relax there together unless we brought in kitchen chairs. The 2 small sofas available were quite uncomfortable. Doors, floors and beds upstairs were very squeaky so during the night, you could hear every movement when someone got up to use a bathroom or moved around their bedroom. Back garden could do with some tidying up. I did not meet the host during my stay, but I did receive a phone call from them afterwards because of an error THEY made with the payment. Unfortunately, I found the communication to be abrupt and bordering on rude, and I did not appreciate the tone that was used. For this reason, I will not be choosing to interact with them again and will not be returning to this property.
