Perfecte locatie. Het appartement heeft luiken voor de ramen en airco, waardoor het heerlijk donker en koel slapen is.
De communicatie met Luca verliep snel en heel vriendelijk.
We hebben op aanraden van Luca gereserveerd bij restaurant Davé: zeker een aanrader. Ze zitten snel vol, dus reserveren is zeker een must.

In 1 kamer is de airco afhankelijk van de living, dus bij extreme temperaturen iets minder comfortabel

Fantastic location on the island of Ortigia. Rooftop terrace was the best feature, most of our time spent not sleeping or out on the town, was on the roof. Luca, our host, was helpful, easy to work with, and responsive. He greeted us to explain things, hand over the keys, and even provided bottled water. Located in a quieter part of this historic area, residents in nearby apartments were very friendly. Easy walking to everything worth seeing on Ortigia.
Upstairs shower needs some work. The detachable sprayer won't lock into a position other than perfectly vertical or horizontal, a little awkward to use. Water pump on the roof can be a little noisy.

48 narrow and steep stairs to reach the terrace.
Tv in living area didn’t work.
No electric kettle.
Very noisy courtyard area.
Dusty old furniture.
Not stated in advertisement but 2nd bedroom is a mezzanine overlooking living area.
