We would have liked a proper kettle, the coffee machine doesn't heat the water enough for a good cup of tea. We managed with a saucepan.

Good central location. Private terrace.
48 narrow and steep stairs to reach the terrace. Tv in living area didn’t work. No electric kettle. Very noisy courtyard area. Dusty old furniture. Not stated in advertisement but 2nd bedroom is a mezzanine overlooking living area.
