Everything was exceptional from the moment we arrived. Maria met us late at night and helped us park our car- such a huge relief after 20 hrs of travel with an infant. She really went out of her way to ensure we were taken care of, including extending late checkout time - which was a huge relief given our infant got sick from the heat wave and we were focused on getting him better. The apartment the Planetario was beautifully designed, renovated and stocked with all the essentials down to needle and thread! Given there was a heat wave two air conditionings made our stay comfortable. The shower was huge and lovely. And we loved the bonus rooftop views. It was a magical location- minutes from everything, and we enjoyed exploring ortigia from here- it was hard to leave. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had. I can’t recommend this enough.
