Superb

Great location Direct connection to the beach,nice terrace with beautiful view, easy to park the car, bars and restaurants in few hundred meters right on the sea, taxi boat to rovinj 10 min walking distance, nice walks around, all clean and well maintained. I will go again in the future

Lovely apartment right by the beach

The apartment was lovely! It was newly renovated, as were the other apartments in the building. The bed was huge and really comfortable. The bathroom was tiny but not too crowded. The sofa in the apartment was also really comfortable. There was more than enough hot water for a nice shower for both me and my partner. In the kitchen we had everything we needed and more. We were on the top floor and our balcony had a beautiful view directly across the beach and sea. We were travelling with our dog and Peter and his wife made us feel really welcome. As it was during the off season our dog was allowed on all the beaches as we didn't disturb anyone. We asked Peter for a pretty early check in (around 12pm instead of 4pm) and it was no problem at all which we really appreciated after a long drive. The apartment is in a great location, there are some bars and restaurants all in walking distance. We really recommend the restaurant Da Mateo. Really nice grilled food and lovely staff! All in all it was a perfect short holiday and we really hope to come back some time. :)

Exceptional

I have been coming to the apartments for many times now mainly for its great location next to the beach. You can sit in the private grass garden, sunbeds here are for free and it is right above the sea. The new owner of the apartments has been renovating the apartments and the garden around it. New better changes can be seen every year - new parking places, pavement, windows. It was a great experience and a amazing holiday Thank you

Great location; the rest not worth the money

Very close to the beach. Balcony with a great view of the Old town, in shade almost the whole day. A short drive from old town.

Dirty dishes in the cupboards, mouldy smelling pillows and towels, eggshells on the balcony table, a full child's faceprint on the mirror. Balcony chairs worn and bit broken, windows barely functional, we were affraid they'd fall off when opening and closing, and mosquito net peeling off of bedroom window. And, the bathtub is under a roof slope, so you can't shower standing up (we're both 170cm, so not freakishly tall). The owner came in without the mask, and didn't keep the distance.

Apartments near the sea with a good sea view( just ~50 metres ). Owner is nice person

Apartment is very basic and less than in the photos . Apartment #1 ground floor has terrace which connected with parking places . So it was a little bit noisy. Also be ready for loud music from 20 :00 till 23:00

Ein Ort zum Ankommen, Geniessen und Wiederkommen

Es gibt Unterkünfte, die sind einfach nur praktisch, und dann gibt es jene seltenen Perlen, die einem lange in Erinnerung bleiben – ein Platz „to be“. Genau so habe ich meine Zeit in dieser Unterkunft erlebt. Bereits bei der Ankunft spürt man die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber. Mit einem Lächeln und vielen hilfreichen Tipps fühlt man sich sofort willkommen – fast wie ein lang erwarteter Freund, nicht wie ein Gast. Die Unterkunft selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt, ist vorhanden und liebevoll arrangiert. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, behaglich und laden direkt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Ein besonderes Highlight ist das erstklassige Restaurant direkt nebenan. Die Küche überzeugt mit frischen, regionalen Zutaten und kreativen Gerichten, die jeden Abend zum kulinarischen Erlebnis machen. Der Service ist aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken, und rundet das Gesamterlebnis perfekt ab. Kurz gesagt: Diese Unterkunft ist mehr als nur ein Schlafplatz. Es ist ein Ort, an dem man angekommen ist, genießt und beschließt, garantiert wiederzukommen. Absolute Empfehlung für alle Reisenden, die das Besondere in der Einfachheit suchen!

Překrásné místo ihned u moře .. hezky udržovaný apartmány dům se zahradou s výhledem na moře .. blízkost krásné pláže , kam můžete jít kdykoliv vykoupat a vrátit se zpět na lehátko ve stínu borovic.. s nádherným výhledem na moře a okolí . Velmi ochotný a milý majitel poskytnul vždy maximum informací ..a poradil kudy kam ..

Lage war super. Sehr sauber

Appartement Nr 2 sehr klein. Man muss über Partner steigen um ins Bett zu gehen. Steht an drei Wänden. Einfache Möblierung für das Geld. Keine Auflagen für Plastik Liegen

Top Lage, wunderschöner Garten

Die Lage ist einfach genial, besser geht es nicht. Toller Garten, Meeresrauschen und ein sehr netter Gastgeber.

Apartamento basico bien localizado para ir a la playa

Lo positivo de este hotel es el acceso directo la playa. Eso es una maravilla.

Los apartamentos son de 2 categorías: unos de 4 estrellas y otros de 2. La nota alta de 4,7 de Google viene relacionada con los apartamentos 4 estrellas. Los apartamentos de dos estrellas son bastante básicos, nada del otro mundo, de ahí mi nota más baja. Limpios pero básicos. Las vistas al mar desde la terraza del apartamento num 1 tienen también vistas al parking del apartamento y al parking de la playa. A nivel de seguridad estaría bien que el hotel pusiera una persiana en la puerta de acceso a la terraza del apartamento. El apartamento cuenta con una cocina básica funcional. No hay lavavajillas ni horno pero si utensilios de cocina, nevera y microondas. Camas confort medio, si uno mide más de 1,90 m mejor verificar la talla de la cama. Los pies y cabecera de la cama de las 2 habitaciones tocan con la pared.
