La posizione, nel cuore del sasso caveoso. L'host ci ha consigliato un parcheggio, che, anche se un po caro, era vicinissimo al b&b, chiaramente non raggiungibile in auto visto che si trova in pieno centro storico. La sistemazione pulita e accogliente con un terrazzino sul tetto dove viene servita la colazione, con una vista spettacolare.
La colazione poteva essere un po più varia. Niente yogurt, e niente salato.

Dalla terrazza si gode di una vista eccezionale sui sassi; la colazione prepatata direttamente dall'host, ottima e più che soddisfacente. L'alloggio ampio e fresco, dotato di ogni accessorio.
L'accesso alla struttura non è adatto a persone con difficoltà di deambulazione, la scalinata è lunga e per chi ha valige pesanti di difficile gestione. La TV non funzionava (si vedevano solo due canali RAI).

Très bon emplacement pour visiter Matera. Chambre assez petite mais confortable pour un court séjour. Salle de bains ok. Petit déjeuner (moyen) sur la terrasse. Propriétaire très présent...
Matéra est une ville avec beaucoup de rues en escaliers. L'accès à l'appartement se fait par une de celles ci. Attention accès assez difficile avec de gros bagages ou pour personnes avec problèmes de mobilité. Impossible pour PMR. Pas de possibilité de faire la cuisine. Parking éloigné. Horaire de départ très strict.

Good location
Very important, there is no parking available to this apartment! Terrace is not private! Wifi is not useful! There is no air conditioner! Breakfast is really poor. Beds are really small can not use over 180 cm!
