Vey enjoyable.

Excellent al the way. Host very friendly making up for language barrier between us and the guest. The pool an absolute pleasure for the kids. Good location to explore Montenegro.

The mosquitos!!! Poor WiFi signal. Lack of mirror in lower level bedroom. No shop nearby. No where to hang dish cloths. Communication problem with host, but his son was an excellent interpreter in the Ukraine via Watchapp.

The place was advertised under Suntime Villa 7 complex as a separate house with 4 bedrooms (as a stand-alone house), in fact, it is only managed by Suntime Villa 7 hosts and it's located at a different spot closer to the sea. What is advertised as a house is actually a very nice flat, with people living at the lower and higher levels. The same apartment is listed as a separate item on booking under Apartment Julia name. So if you're expecting a villa, be careful wich house you're booking

Villa california 2: Great host and nice shared pool

Nice view from balconies. Clean. Helpful host Nikola. Nice and clean pool. Exactly as on the pictures. AC works well.

Would have liked to step outside the property and take a walk to shop or restaurant but there were none nere the house. Car is absolutely mandatory. A lot of stairs. Inside the house and outside from parking lot to the house.

Fabulous house with everything you need, AND use of Lovely pool if staying at SunTime Villa 7. Bedroom 1 and 2, have double beds, bedroom 3 has large sofa bed.

This is just me, but it was a bit ‘remote’ for me. There is a fishing port, shop, and two restaurants about 5/6 minutes away, Walking downhill. 10-15 minutes walking back, steep uphill. You can drive all the way down although parking limited or drive half way and walk the last bit of steep concrete slope. However, it is a 12-15 minute windy drive through the hills to the house. There are about 8 houses on the complex, in middle of nowhere. Rest of family LOVED it, I was a bit wobbly. Intermittent internet, mostly good, but we had a couple of real stormy nights, and also the power supply is iffy at best and can go off at any time. Most important things to know in Montenegro, you must register your stay within 48 hours at an office in Bigova, if staying at Suntime Villas, or Nicolo will help you, also your phones will not work on your EE or other contract as you are outside the EU.

Well designed, spacious, huge terrace, all amenities (except pool).

A pool was advertised in the listing but upon arrival we found out there was no pool at our place.

I can absolutely recommend the accommodation to families with more than 2 kids.

We loved to stay there in 1 week. The large terrace, the spacious living room were fantastic. The house was very big for the family. Kitchen is well equipped. Barbecue is perfect. All bedrooms have own air condition. The swimming pool offers a great possibilities for all day refreshment. Owners was friendly and helpful. We were totally satisfied with everything during our staying there.
