Had very high expectations and got really disappointed.

The room was nice and had a nice balcony.

First of all, the images were pretty confusing. The difference showed between the double room and the standard room (lower price) is that the double room looks to have a kitchen. When it turned out that the kitchen is shared for all three rooms, so really the only difference is the balcony (yes, it’s doesn’t say in the room specification that it has a kitchen but still misleading). The WIFI doesn’t work at all, maybe you get from time to time download speed, but upload speed (meaning sending information) is impossible to get.

We couldn't check into the hotel and they charged money!

I don’t know what write here, because we are not able to check in!

First of all, I want to say that we were not able to check in, just because our train arrived after 19.00, at 20.30. The hostess refused to check us in after 19.00, and stopped answering calls and messages. We had to change our whole travel plan because we didn't want to spend the night outside! Moreover, I was charged the full cost of the stay. A very unpleasant experience.

Peaceful stay in central Aosta

Location very convenient for bus/train station, and in centre of city, use of basic kitchen facilities. Lovely (shared) balcony in breakfast room/apartment.

Owners need to focus on basics, e.g. provide correct wifi code, investigate heating controls, provide specific info on check-in, places to hang towels.

Centrally located, just a few steps away from the piazza and shops. The room was clean and comfortable, with a large bed and balcony overlooking the Main Street The host was very welcoming, friendly and super helpful. Thanks for the nice stay!

When booking had the choice between a budget dble room and a dble room a bit more expensive with large bed and private balcony, which I selected. Had no balcony or large bed, so I guess something went wrong.

La cortesia, la passione è lo "spessore" della famiglia Bondaz, la colazione eccellente e fatta quasi esclusivamente con prodotti dell'azienda agricola Bondaz, la centralità dell'appartamento. La Spa bella e accogliente con getti d'acqua, vasca idromassaggio, sauna e bagno turco. A disposizione acqua, tisana, bottiglia di brut e deliziosi biscottini

Camera carina, pulita, accessibile e con ascensore che dopo una giornata di viaggio a piedi è stato una benedizione, propongono con un extra la colazione nella struttura relais bondaz che è un po’ distante ma la colazione è superiore, con prodotti a centimetro zero(producono tutto loro) e la famiglia bondaz che ti accoglie come fossi a casa

De passage à Aoste.

C’est un emplacement idéal en plein centre ville. Il permet ainsi de profiter de tous les aspects touristiques à pied. Le logement est propre et offre de belles prestations. La climatisation est appréciable en cette période chaude. La vue du balcon est très belle. Les propriétaires parlent très bien le français ce qui facilite les échanges. Nous avons également testé le petit-déjeuner proposé par les propriétaires. Celui-ci se compose de spécialités de la région et même de leur ferme, il est généreux et excellent.

Zona centrale e organizzazione nella spiegazione di come accedere alla struttura . Stanza perfettamente insonorizzata da rumori esterni

Stanza e letto un po’ piccoli . Nessun cuscino in più’. Ho inoltre mandato un messaggio alla signora Chiedendo un consiglio per un ristorante e nonostante mi avesse detto essere disponibile per ogni richiesta ma non ho mai avuto risposta .

Bello e in pieno centro

B&B davvero molto carino in pieno centro. Stanza pulita e ben curata. Gradita l'offerta di bevande e snack nel frigorifero. Grazie alla.tecnologia è possibile gestire check in e check out in completa autonomia.
