Very friendly staff. It's located right in the heart of the city. The staff tried to find me a room on the second floor, without success. I had to use the stairs to go up to my room on the third floor.
There was no nearby parking, and I had trouble finding it. I'm 80 years old, and the stairs were a challenge.

Location was very central and close to cafes and restaurants.
Staff were very rude. We stayed in the attic room which had barely any ventilation or windows. Half way through the night the air con turned off and the room was quite hot and uncomfortable, affecting our sleep. Our only option was to open the skylight directly above the bed which was only possible because it had stopped raining an hour before the air con turned off. If it had been raining we would have rainwater on our faces and falling on us. Needing to keep the skylight open meant we also had direct sunlight in our faces first thing in the morning, further disrupting our sleep.
When we mentioned this to the staff at reception, he was very rude and dismissive and told us the hotel turns off the air cons in all of the rooms at night because it's not warm enough (in their opinion). He just shrugged his shoulders and told us it wasn't a problem.
Wouldn't stay here again.

Great central location, short walk from main train station and bus terminal. Rooms were simple but comfy, and well equipped. No complaints here - would stay again.
There was nothing overtly negative about the stay - I very much enjoyed it.

The location was the only thing this place had going for it.
When I first arrived, they told me my room was at the top of the stairs, which was at the top of four floors, and there was no elevator. When I got to the room, it was a room in the eaves, and you could only stand up and maybe a fifth of the room. I went back down and told them that there’s no way that I ias an old man can walk up and down those stairs. They gave me a room in the basement that was really for staff. The room had no air conditioning which since you were half underground it wasn’t extremely bad But it was in the 90s the whole time I was there. The guy at the front desk would not win a Mr Congeniality contest.

Location
Surly staff, dirty bathroom, no fan, couldn’t check out until 8

Really good location in Center of town. Staff were helpful and we could even keep luggage stored near reception after checkout
Very thin walls, easy to hear noise from neighbouring rooms or outside.

It is very central, but in a very quiet little street.
The fact that I wasn't able to check in (and leave my rucksack) earlier than 1:30 PM.

Nice and helpful people, and the location is very good - close to center and main avenues, but remote enough to get a (relatively) quiet night.
No complaints so far, but it is hard to judge - it was a last minute booking for a single person and night, no breakfast. I didn't get to experience much...

The location is excellent.
I stayed in a single room, and the bed was very narrow. Breakfast did not provide a variety. Fresh orange juice and brown bread would have been nice.

Great location in the center of Aosta.
Small room, but ok for one night

The room I booked was under the celing and had slanted walls. that was not in the describtion.
They told me wrong hours for breakfast, I was 5 min late for breakfast and they refused to serve me.
Worst of all, they did not have parking, so I asked where I should park. It was a pay parking and no problem with that. I paid but when i got there the next morning my car had been towed. It turned out that there was to be a marked on the spot the hotel directed me to park. That cost me a lot of money and a lot of time in my vacation. And I am not at all ok with it!
dont tell me to park where my car gets towed.

Centrally located for all the sights in Aosta, so a good base for a short stay. Reasonable value for money. We opted not to have breakfast therre.
Room was very functional. We had booked a twin room which was much more cramped than the picture had suggested. To be fair we were offered a better room with a double bed, which was OK, but still quite impersonal and dated. No wifi available, which is unusual these days.

The room was nice. The staff were accomodating as they had made a mistake saying no breakfast was included but recognized their error and fixed it.
I tried calling the hotel three times but no one answered. I managed to talk with someone after 9:30 in the morning. The breakfast appeared to be a little makeshift but was nourishing.

excellent hotel, friendly staff, good food if you decide to eat there. Location is in town and not difficult to walk to the cable car to pila. Best parking is leaving the car in the cable car carpark

Small hotel located at the heart of Aosta, just a minute from central shopping street.
Very small room, and for the VERY FIRST time in my life i saw a room for the regular price ($85 / night) with a small window at the top of the wall (like 2.5 meters from the floor), without any option see something outside - just if you get on the table!
No WIFI at all, and even breakfast wasn't included in price (absolutely empty restaurant).
For my opinion - owners making an "easy money" in exchange of quality of stay for guests.

If you just want to be left alone by the staff at a hotel then this is the place for you. The only interaction we had was being handed the key and paying. They provide a bed, clean sheets, towels and room. It was clean and warm and the bathroom clean. The area in the town was good, close to all the shops and cafes. Easy walk to the station and the Pila cable cars (use the platform underpass at the train station).
For a no food service hotel a mini fridge would be good so you can store some provisions if you need to. We went in winter so we used the balcony to keep our milk.
There were only stairs which if after a big spill on the slopes could be problematic!! But it’s an old property in the old town so it’s a given.
There is also no wifi.

The position really close to the city centre
Rooms vere not very comfortable:
- Heating system was set on a too high temperature with no possibility to switch it off or to low down and this wasn’t good to have a good sleep and not even for the environment;
- Rooms weren’t noiseless and you could almost listen what other guests were saying in their rooms.
Staff was not the friendliest I have ever met.

We got a studio (refurbished cellar) in a building in front of the hotel below ground level, which actually seems to belong to Maison de Rosy (per my bank statement), but also appears listed as Miki Central Appartament in Booking. No windows, squeaky bed (loud), wooden ceiling (hear everything from storeys above), poor lightning at entrance, unfriendly host. Never again. Avoid!
Update after answer from the hotel below: we booked at Belle Epoque and you gave us a studio at Maison de Rosy (opposite building), later you came back alleging that the card was rejected and you asked us to try the transaction on a POS that didn't belong to Belle Epoque but to Maison de Rosy. Result: you avoided paying Booking!

The very central location in the heart of the old town of Aosta. Friendly reception. Good value for money.
The hotel lies in a small alley, so that makes the light somewhat glum in the hotel. It’s also a time capsule. While squeaky clean, it should be brought into the 21st century.

I was shown to a room around the corner from the hotel, The bathroom was dangerous, tiny and with a big step in the middle. Im sure it wouldnt pass any sort of building control regulations. The TV didnt work, the bed was cold. I had planned to stay longer in Aosta, but left next day
Bathroom, facilities (TV not working) Bed was cold and with no quilt
