The bedroom was very well appointed, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast the following morning was very tasty and set us up for the day ahead.

Quaint and lovely in a great location from which to explore Aosta

The host was extremely kind and helpful - I traveled with a bike and he kindly guided me towards where I could store them safely.

Delightful old hotel close to the main tourist sites in Aosta

Staff were very friendly on early arrival and helped me get my luggage to the top floor. Room was excellent and hotel is located in such a lovely location on the edge of the old town by the roman bridge. Nice breakfast in the dining room in the morning with plenty of choice.

Only one cup of coffee available with breakfast.

Great stay in historical area of Aosta.

The historical location near the old Roman bridge! Excellent staff/owners very friendly and helpful. Very good daily breakfast served in a scenic and comfortable setting.

Pillows were a little flat, would be nice to have two pillows for each person!

Staff were very helpful.

We were biking and we had rental bikes delivered to the hotel. They arrived in large bike boxes. The hotel charged us 25 Euros to dispose of our boxes! Otherwise, the hotel staff was very accommodative with the bikes.

Set in the perfect location the hotel has lots of charm and character. The welcome was warm and friendly and the rooms spotlessly clean, an offering of sweet or savoury breakfast is the perfect way to start the day in this stunning location, I highly recommend this property.

Quality hotel.

The hotel staff does a great job. The place has a charm to it. The room is rustic but with amenities that anyone would need. I arrived at the last moments and I was allowed to sit in the garden area and served a drink while the staff was trying to close for the night. Relaxed atmosphere. Family owned business that takes some pride.

Exceptional

The location of the hotel is perfect just 300 metres from the historic Old town if Aosta and not far from the main road to Monte Bianco. The room and bathroom we're spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Staff we're extremely helpful . I would recommend this hotel as a stop over fir anyone travelling through the French Italian alps.

Comfortable accomodation with significant issues to be addressed

The room was comfortable with a balcony, located close to the main tourist street.

Parking is a lottery and requires walk of 150 metres plus with no drop off. It is most likely necessitating a payment unless at the week-end. The hotel offers a garage at cost but does not appear as a serious option. For those with difficulties in walking the hotel is not accessible and has no internal lift system over 3 floors. The breakfast was restricted , even to the extent of restricting breakfast to one hot drink( notice on table hardly welcoming!) choices were limited probably our worst breakfast experience. Our sense was that as customers we were an inconvenience to be tolerated/ non verbal communication indicative of the prevailing culture. We were commended to pay for our stay on arrival.

Room and bathroom very good. Plenty of hot water and strong. Helpful use of garage to store my bike.

Breakfast was very controlled by the owner. Limited to only one hot drink for example. Should have been more open and free to serve self. Other guests at the time felt the same.

Perfectly placed hotel with great value for money

Excellent location, right next to the town centre. The staff were very helpful and helped me figure out how to get to the next leg of my trip by public transport. Very nice breakfast with an option of sweet and savoury. Good rooms. Very good value for money, highly recommended.
