Pearl Apartments

Very comfortable and large and location was excellent being in the heart of Kotor old town.

No problems at all.

Huge beautiful apartment, close to everything.

No sign on wall outside made it harder to identify property. Payment only in cash, not card.

It’s located next to the main hub of the city and you certainly pay for that privilege. The bathroom was nice however tiles in shower are slippery. A dishwasher was very good

The kitchen lacked some basic cooking tools and making toast is very difficult. Bedding was ok. The only table to sit at takes up a lot of the kitchen.

Great location in the heart of Kotor old town - just steps from restaurants, shops and the main sights. The apartment was super spacious. Checkout was very easy.

Not responsive on Booking.com - had to reach out to the host via WhatsApp to get any information on checking in. I know they did have a policy that said it was cash only when booking but I think this could have been clearer once you booked (e.g. reminder that this is a CASH ONLY booking, the booking.com app also didn't display the fact that it was cash only properly). There were no cash free ATMs so had we had to pay high ATM withdrawal fees - had we had a reminder, we could have avoided this fee. Even though the space was huge, there wasn't a microwave so didn't feel like a fully functional apartment (a washing machine would have also been an added plus). As many people have mentioned, the towels were all discoloured and there was a lot of clutter (random assortment of stuff) in the drawers which made you feel like you were staying at someone's lived in apartment. The cost was also quite high which I think set up our expectations that this would be a very luxurious stay and we were quite disappointed. The apartment was also not very clean and we discovered mould in the shower.
