Perfect location, lovely town & great base for Stoneman Arduenna & a good beer to celebrate after

Great help from the team as our plans changed a bit before our trip, they were very helpful in everyway. Great parking & bike storage area with loads of things you might need and very secure. We used it as our base for 3 nights to do Stoneman Arduenna silver. Rooms were perfect, clean. great coffee machine, great location with the best ever bakery around the corner for breakfast, lovely town with lots of places for evening dinner and a local beer after we finished the event.

Weekend stay

Clean spacious room, comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom was also clean. No remarks on the room.

My self-check in code did not work so i had to call the manager. Slight annoyance but nothing bad.

Good to stay, but bring drinks yourself

Easy check-in and spacious room. Good location to store bikes. Good hot shower and friendly staff to assist in finding a spot for dinner and breakfast as the hotel doesn't offer any of these. Breakfast and dinner options are a short walk away, but would have been better to have an option on site.

As there is no bar or restaurant you have to take your own drinks and food or find a spot to eat and drink. There is no decent option to make tea, as the water from the Nespresso machine isn't fit for the job.

Good stop off from Vennbahn Tour

The Berliner Hoff is a small suite of rooms, this was our first bed and bike hotel we have stayed in so a little hesitant at first, having arrived and entered our code the key box opens with your room key which gives your room number. The room was clean and larger than we expected, well laid out and very comfortable, all rooms sit on the ground floor with a garage operated by your room key to leave your bike in, very secure. We had a comfortable nights sleep, there is no food available but plenty of bakeries in the town just a short stroll away. There was nothing to dislike about the room. Check In information is are sent to you upon booking with all the instructions on how to access your key, so make sure you print off or download them before you travel, one thing to note was that there is a red security card in the box as well, and be careful not to remove this as we managed to make this mistake! We contacted them by phone and sorted out very quickly, it’s a backup key in case you lock yourself out of your room. We now have this knowledge if we stay in these types of hotel again

Lovely quiet luxury room. Heated floor in the bathroom, clean comfy carpet, great TV with lots of channels. The total quiet was the best thing, also super handy for the facilities, shops, bars, bakery

Excellent accommodation with modern touch and very comfortable rooms, great location within St Vith to all amenities, bars and restaurants all explained in a manual within room. Loved the use of bike garage, would definitely recommend and will be using again on our next trip to the Eifel. Thankyou..

Our stay surpassed expectations. We wish we had stayed an extra night. There was no reception but we were sent a code which worked perfectly. The room was very spacious, very clean and the bathroom and facilities were exceptional.

A super stay once you're in.

At first the code for getting the room card didn't work. Another guest arrived and his code didn't work either. I called the number on the wall for help and no one answered. After about ten minutes someone rang the other guest and our codes worked suddenly. Apart from that, the deluxe room was superb and I was very happy.

The hotel doesn't have a reception or breakfast facilities, which is clearly described but could be surprising if you expect something else. However, it functions very well and the staff, were very helpful when I locked myself out and called them!
