Breakfast was wonderful and exceeded all expectations. Lots of different options - all very good in a nice environment. Bathroom was spacious - shower great! Very good location - could walk all over town easily. Walked to restaurants for evening meals.

Very quite and nice place to rest and enjoy of all the hotel possibilities.

The Hotel style : a mix of modern and old style. I also enjoyed the room arrangement to avoid possible corridor nuisance. Everything was clean and tidy. Superb breakfast with just everything you may want. The bike garage was a plus, above all the other plus.

Relaxing, friendly, beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting!

We stayed just one night as a stopover en route to Germany and it was wonderful. What a beautiful hotel with lovely, friendly staff! The decor & cleanliness were 5* & in such a beautiful picture-perfect setting. Plenty of places to eat, only a minute’s walk away & back to the hotel’s honesty bar for a nightcap! Breakfast was excellent - we were 2 adults, 4 kids and everyone was happy which is quite the achievement!!😉. Couldn’t have been more impressed with this hotel.

Ideal location to relax

It is a very quiet location, ideal for few days to relax. The breakfast has enough variety and everything was very tasty. There are several walking routes close by. The staff is very friendly and helpful, giving useful tips for trips and visits in the area.

It is a pity the hotel does not have a restaurant, but there are few options at walking distance from the hotel. Be aware that in low-season not all of them are open.

Excellent place for a relaxed holiday

Relaxed environment, friendly staff, everything clean, very good breakfast with high quality bread. Strawberries were awesome. Fair price.

The rules for Covid could have been a bit more strict. In particular the buffet for breakfast could be organized better where everybody should disinfect hands whenever they take something from the buffet (now there is only a possibility to clean hands when people enter the breakfast room). But no big deal, just a tip for improvement.

Very nice place to stay for the weekend

Very nice and recently renovated hotel. Friendly staff. Very good value for the price. For the first time I could see the positive effect of the COVID: the meals are ordered and served in the room, instead of closing the restaurant or making crazy restrictions.

Location in the town is ok, but everybody comes there to visit the lake, which is about 2 km by foot. There are plenty of beautiful hiking trails available, but the lake is surrounded by camping sites, disturbing the view and making the approach to the lake difficult. Of course it has nothing to do with the hotel, just FYI.
