We missed the charm of a hotel. It was okay, but we wouldn't go back.

Good location, clean and spacious room. Amazing breakfast with attentive staff.

We felt that it missed the charm of a hotel: - Nobody there for check-in, just get your card from a box on the wall. - 1 pillow per bed, and not a good one. - separate duvets in a double bed, and no extra duvets in the room. - Heating not working very well, the room was quite cold. - No coffee / tea in the room. There were things downstairs, but 2,5€ for a simple tea or coffee is just wrong. - paperthin walls, so we heard our neighbour snore all night. - matress not good quality, felt cheap.

The apartment is located in a quite and beautiful village. Very clean amd spacious apartment. All the amenities are very modern. Parking right in front of the apartment. There is also a garden at back. Overall a very good stay.

Only thing missing was a clock.

Nice location, quiet, clean, spacious room and an excellent breakfast to start the day

New and nicely decorated. Spacious, clean, quiet. Everything we needed. Great breakfast in a lovely dining space. Nice leisure room for the evening with drinks available with a trust based system.

Although we booked a hotel room there is no room cleaning, bed making etc. once the towels were wet you couldn’t dry quickly as the radiator did not come on although we did ask.

The hotel is located in a very quiet village. The hotel is very clean, the staff does everything to make your visit extremely pleasant. The breakfast is more than complete. Take plenty of time to enjoy breakfast.

Comfortable stay on a cartrip

The room and the hotel building overall was quite modern, renovated/new and clean. Parking was plentiful. Location is close enough to many things in the region.

Bed was quite stiff and pillows were lacking head support, which made proper sleep difficult. Not a lot of things in the room: no kettle, no full length mirror, no basic cutlery/plates, only one chair in a double room.

Everything was brand new, and worked. The room was large and had plenty of storage space. We went in late May and it was very quiet all over the area. There is an elevator and access to everything in the hotel.

It would be nice to be able to make tea or coffee in the room, especially as in the quiet time the bar and restraurant did not open.

Comfortable beds, great location, friendly staff, good amount of parking, good breakfast, and spacious rooms.

A bit impracticable, in terms of the kettle in the room, no kitchen sink for water and no cups, not sure what the kettle is there for. The hairdryer's cord is very short and stiff, and you need to keep the button in at all times for the hairdryer to work.

Sehr schön, Gastgeber beim frühstücken kennengelernt ist sehr zuvorkommend.

Frühstück war sehr gut. Einchecken problemlos über Schlüsselkasten. Kühlschrank mit Getränken verfügbar, hatten wir vorher gelesen. Dies wurde auf keinem Schild angedeutet. Ansonsten alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit.

War alles in Ordnung. Morgens haben wir auf den weg zum frühstücken die sehr schöne Theke gesehen. Schade das hierfür kein Personal vorhanden ist.

Toll renoviertes Hotel mit Parkplatz, Garten, sogar Frühstücksraum mit einsehbaren Kinderzimmer. Service ist extrem gut, so wie in den guten alten Zeiten, keine Wünsche bleiben offen.

Statt Internetfersehen hätte ich persönlich lieber denn klassischen SAT Fernseher.

Eine rundum gelungene und komfortable Auszeit in der Eifel

Die wunderschöne und moderne Einrichtung der Räumlichkeiten, dass sehr leckere Frühstück, dass genügend Parkplätze da waren, unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out. Bus fast direkt vor der Tür nach Monschau. Und wir haben ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer bekommen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

De moeite waard om zeker en vast nog terug te komen.

Ontbijt zeker in orde en voldoende keuze, proficiat aan uitbater doet alle moeite om zijn klanten alles naar wens te laten verlopen, na korte babbel enorm veel respect welke inspanning en motivatie deze persoon als zelfstandige dient dagdagelijks te presteren, chapeau. Mooie hedendaagse vernieuwde kamer en badkamer, heel veel inspanning gedaan om hotel in een mooie omgeving te laten bloeien, kinderspeelhoekje voor kleine kinderen zelfs voorzien aan eetruimte, mooie heraangelegde gratis parking voorzien, terras ziet er uitnodigend uit tijdens de zomermaanden. Denk zelf grote kamers voor gezinnen een ideale voorziening zijn van alle comfort.

Niet echt een tegenval, maar vind het persoonlijk soms handig een koelkastje op de kamer is, in vernieuwde kamers plaats voor voorzien is. Er wel degelijk kan gebruik gemaakt worden van een minibar in ontvangsthal aan democratische prijzen.

De kamers zijn enkele jaren geleden geheel gerenoveerd. Strak en functioneel ingericht en daardoor goed schoon te houden. Bedden waren zeer goed. Badkamer met douche netjes en goed. Ontbijt was van goede kwaliteit en er was meer dan genoeg keuze. De beheerder was heel erg vriendelijk en gastvrij.

Ten spijt de verwarming, zowel op de kamer als de badkamer, hebben maar 1x kunnen douchen en er nog een verkoudheid aan over gehouden, heb de opmerking gemaakt, de verwarming word van op afstand geregeld en is vermoedelijk slecht ingesteld,’‘s nachts warm en in de morgen en de avond KOUD ? ?, men heeft ons als troostprijs de kost van ons hondje niet aangerekend !! Gutes Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück Persomal Super, Freundlich, Hilfsbereit. sehr großzügiger Frühstücksraum. mit Fahrstuhl, gut für das 2. OG gerne wieder, wenn es uns wieder in diese Gegend verschlägt.
