Beautiful place, conveniently located, lovely host!

Loved everything!

Wurde von der Hausherrin freundlich empfangen und durfte mein Auto samt Anhänger mit Motorrad drauf auf den Hof fahren und dort parken. Hatte ein schönes, großes und helles Zimmer. Der kleine Kühlschrank im Zimmer hat zwar nicht funktioniert, dafür aber gab s einen großen in der Gemeinschaftsküche, wo ich meine Sachen kaltstellen konnte. Einen Balkon hatte ich auch, mit Blick auf den schönen Garten und Pool. Im Garten gibt’s außerdem eine Sommerküche, wo man sitzen und essen kann. Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser, alles vorhanden.

I got room 3 on the first floor and I wish my own flat would look like that... :) Everything is very professional down to the details. Very clean, very tidy, modern and oriented towards international standards. The bathroom is large, spotlessly clean and has a window with fly net. Washing basin with mirror and shelf. There was also a heater automatically turned on by night which was perfect in those colder autumn temperatures. The balcony is very large, equipped with extra fly net and offers a beautiful view over the roofs to the mountains. The quiet atmosphere is a delight! (Therefore I went to bed early at 7pm, just to enjoy the silence) Just village noises to hear. The furniture is in top condition, the mattresses without springs and there are 2 towels per person including soap and shampoo! No dirty bedding here! Last not least there is also a flat-screen TV (not tried out). The kitchen downstairs is fully equipped for simpler meals. There is a coffee machine for fresh brews and the backyard area is very nice and perfect for chilling. It is hard to even find something improvable in this apartment. Just the drain smells a little bit which would be easily fixed by adding cleaning agents. The pool was not usable due to the season (October) though it is a very nice one. And the kitchen was not completely clean but absolutely in acceptable condition. On top, the owners are really engaged people. The woman speaks English, the man rather Bulgarian and a little bit of German. She is available by phone anytime without problems. So, it is overall an absolutely awesome accommodation. If you need just a silent happy place with a touch of village life, go for it! Next time I would choose this place as base for day trips around Troyan. If you come by public transport, it might be interesting for you to know that small busses go to Oreshak and back to Troyan several times a day.
