I appreciate the services of Admin lady and kitchen lady.
Offered us different options of breakfast and served us the fresh breakfast.
Room was clean, peaceful and comfortable.
Location is great - very close to Gatwick airport. Hotel also provides the ride to AirPort with reasonable cost.
I think that everything was great.

It is very close the airport and there is a pickup and drop off service which makes life easier. The room was very clean as well as most of the property. Owners are great.
Our room had very heavy detergent smell especially bed sheets and pillows. It could be hard to sleep if you don't like or have allergies for detergent smells. Wifi also did not work in our room.

Shuttle between aitport terminal and the lodge was efficient, reliable and on time. Availability of staff at late (past 10:00pm and at 6an). Communication through Booking and through direct phone is available.
Communication could be improved for the location of the lodge, whose name is each time different on Waze: "Oakhurst Traditional British B&B with holiday parking", different on Apple Maps: "Oakhurst Bed & Breakfast Guest House", different on Google Maps: "Oakhurst Traditional British B&B with holiday parking".
Communication could be improved for pick-up at Gatwick Terminal by designating in advance the level where pick-up is taking place.
