    Reception staff superb on arrival. Spotlessly clean and wonderful staff. The room was spacious and a pleasant place to be. Short walk to Departures via lift. No USB-C charger ports; l had to buy an overpriced USB-A lead from an airport shop to charge phone and Ipad. Only one coffee sachet per person provided. If Premier Inn can provide multiple sachets you would expect better of the Hilton. Amy’s Bar adjacent to the reception area a pleasant spot to relax with wonderful staff.

    Nice and clean hotel at the airport. It was hard to find the way to the hotel from the terminal and it was long line at the elevator both when we arrived and left. Room was clean BUT the day after both of us had lots of bites from bed bugs in room 2121
