Lovely location and nice hosts

Great location with a beautiful view. Nice terrace. The place goes out straight onto a promenade which has many restaurants. There’s a beach nearby.

Could do with a few more things in the kitchen - like a proper pan, to be able to cook better. We didn’t ask for this as we were there for 3 days. There’s a lot of stairs and it’s not on a main road, so it’s wise to not take too much much luggage - we’re traveling long (many climates) and didn’t check this when making the reservation.

Great Hosts! Great location to the beach! All in all Great Stay!

Hosts were AMAZING! They answered all of our questions prior to arrival and also they assisted us with finding parking. It made my stay in Dubrovnik that much more enjoyable.

This is a suggestion rather than a dislike. Since we were flying out of Dubrovnik, we unfortunately didn’t have any beach towels. It would be helpful to include a couple of beach towels for guests to use. It’s not a major issue, but it would have been appreciated. Either way our stay was not majorly impacted by this.

Exceptional

Location is excellent. Apartments on Lapad promenade (pedestrian zone). Nice beach is accessible 10m from apartment front door. A lot of restaurants and bars nearby. Hosts are very kind and helpful. If you arrived by taxi, the most convenient access is 42.65525, 18.07145 (Masarykov put) Taxi to Dubrovnik old city center costs approx. ~15/20 EUR. Taxi from/to Airport ~50/60 EUR.

Comfortable apartment with a lovely private orchard

The apartment is facing the sea, the kitchen has an exit to a private terrace in a lovely orchard. In addition to this there is a common terrace under a pergola with vines, which has even better sea view. The entrance to the building is from pedestrian promenade right over the sea. The apartment is spacious with a well equipped kitchen.

The view from the private terrace beats any little inconveniences. The apartment is not very modern and requires minor reparations. It is not accessible by car (which I was aware of), better ask the owner about the closest place where a taxi can stop.

Great Location, you will not be dissapointed.

The room has slightly older furniture and beds, however the Location of this property cannot be beaten. Easy walk to Sunset beach, Cave bar, and restaurants. A 5-10 min bus to the old town so you are never in the room. I would stay here again.

Exceptional

Great location, quiet (with intimacy) at the top of the Lapad Bay, the Seaview from the balcoon was amazing! the terrace downstairs very nice with grapes and plants above our heads. Apartment all equipped, hair dryer and even a washing machine available. Tony and her wife were very gentle and availables for helping us during our stay I really enjoy the warm place! Thanks to them Amelie

Fabulous room exceeded my expectations.

I booked a smaller room and host kindly offered me to move into the bigger and best one, so far as it wasn't occupied . It's fabulous apartment! It has bedroom and dinning room, sea view balcony with chairs and small table, kitchen stove and dishes, washing machine, AC, heater, water heater, hair dryer, large wardrobe with hangers, ironing board (didn't check is there iron in room, but I'm sure you can borrow it from host). Host also provide disinfectant and face masks. One terrace with the grill is right in front of the accommodation, down the stairs there is second terrace with sea view. In front of the house there is promenade connected two public beaches: Uvala Lapad Beach and Cava Beach. Uvala Lapad Beach is 5min by walk, also, you can use stairs to the sea, which is it front of house. In 10min by walk you can find Tommy supermarket with delicious bakery. Hospitable host told in detail about the room and city, he also was always reachable by phone.

We loved the location of the property. We were able to walk out at night to excellent bars and restaurants. The view from the terrace was beautiful and peaceful. Hosts very helpful. Excellent value for money

Superb

Friendly, helpful hosts. Comfortable accommodation. Great location, so close for swimming off the rocks, close to restaurants etc and amazing sunset viewing from the terrace.
