The staff and cleaning people at this apartment more both so wonderful. The property itself has a beautiful harbor view and is very walkable The things that it needs are paper towels, or a towel in the kitchen Start your guest with at least instant coffee it a few bags of tea. Fix the small window over the door. It will not close.

This hotel/apartment was lovely! I really loved it. It's very spacious with a gorgeous veiw of the sea and mountains. The balcony was lovely. I highly recommend this room! The staff and cleaning staff were lovely too. The only small thing is there was a tapping noise near the bedroom coming from the pipe/AC unit on wall. It didn't bother me until the last night and stopped me from sleeping tbh. Luckily I had a sofa bed to move to but just wanted to feedback :)

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The spacious, clean room came with a balcony offering an amazing sea view. It was also fully equipped with kitchen appliances, and both the bedroom and living room had air conditioning. The small pool was a nice bonus. One minor suggestion: guests are responsible for waste disposal before leaving, which I wish had been included in the fee. Overall, a great experience!

We stayed here with our 2.5y old girl and had an amazing time. I emailed beforehand to arrange for airport pickup. When we arrived the driver was waiting and gave us fantastic tips for our trip. Arriving at the villa someone was waiting to show us to our room which was clean with the most beautiful view over lapad beach. A bed has been set up for our girl and there is air-con which is a must during the summer season. Walking to the beach is 5-10 depending how fast you walk. Walking up all the steps is difficult no matter who you are during the heat but the price you pay for a beautiful view from the location. The swimming pool at the villa was just perfect for us and most fun for our little one. The best place to cool off after returning from exploring in the heat. If we go to this location again I would definitely stay here again. I saw the negative reviews beforehand but can now say we cannot say anything bad and had a great time, Thank you!

He also tried to charge tourist tax for 9 year old child. Children under 12 are exempt according to the law. Small pool available but too much chlorine used which burned everyones skin. Overall , I would not recommend this apartment due to rude and hostile manner of the owners when simple requests were made.

Has very nice view with modern style interor. I do not ware shoes in my room, but have to do cause floor was not so clean. owner was perfectly kind and helpful, gave us very warm welcoming and so on. 10 min walk to the bus stop to go old town and to the beach,but it was not so easy cause of too many steps. its a very nice apt to a long term visitors but maybe not a best to short term like us. Although, we have a great time here, thanx for every thing.

Really nice, clean and comfortable room but was slightly lacking in privacy due to being on the ground floor overlooking the (very small!) pool. Great view over Lapad bay and friendly helpful staff though. Try to get an upstairs room and the beach is only a short walk away if you want a proper swim.

This little block was set back from the beach, making it lovely and quiet. The pool and view were great. We really enjoyed relaxing and eating every night on our private balcony. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our Villa Katarina apartment was very clean and comfortable and the location suited us because we enjoy walking. Our stay, until the final afternoon, was very enjoyable. As we emailed our flight times in advance, we were 'allowed' a late check in. The day before our departure we paid the balance of our bill in euros, as requested, to Mr Martinovic. Checkout, we were informed, is 11-00am so it was agreed we could leave our cases in the villa garage during the next day. Our flight was at 18-55 so we arranged a taxi for4-00pm. Around 10-45am of our final day Mrs Martinovic told us where to store our cases and leave the keys, we informed her we would return between 3-00pm and 3-30pm. She agreed and let us out of the locked gate, via the intercom. We returned for our cases at 3-15pm and were shouted at by Mr Matinovic because 'we couldn't stay this long, and if we had wanted to we should make arrangements!' He then stormed off. Mrs Martinovic let us out by unlocking the gate and we left feeling very confused and upset by this outburst. This was a bitter ending to our otherwise excellent holiday. We would not stay at Villa Katarina again or recommend it.

Some of the descriptions of the hotel on the web page are grossly misleading. It is not 800m to the next bus stop but it is rather 2 km, so it takes a while to get into town. If you want to travel to one of the Elafiti Islands, this place might work as it is not that far away from the central bus stations but if you want to visit Dubrovnik, it is a bit far (also to the next bus stop). The apartment was clean and had a nice shower. It had a tiny swimming pool, which however was not working. We tried to check in before the daily opening hours between 2-5 pm, which the owner did not like and he became unfriendly with us.
