Overall great stay with a cute room and beautiful bathroom, but a little dinner annoyance.

The breakfast was awesome! It was really extensive and super fresh, I would definitely visit again just for the breakfast! The staff was also friendly and the hotel was very clean. The bathroom was soooo fancy! Also, on the last day, I needed to quickly pack and change (after checking out and the last day of skiing), and they were very accomodating in letting me change in their spa area before it opened.

Although most of staying here was really great, the only small point was that they weren't super flexible in terms of dinner and switching things around. I was staying here alone while my dad, uncle and cousin were at the hotel next door, and I had dinner there with them every night (6 nights). When I asked if I could maybe get a discount on the room, as we were paying for dinner but I hadn't had dinner once at my hotel (they were aware of this from the start as we informed them during check-in), they said no. The only thing they offered was that my family could come and eat at the hotel with me for one night with no extra costs, but we didn't take them up on that offer.

5-star quality but with that special, personal touch you only get from family run businesses!

Family run. Professional, friendly, helpful staff. Small and welcoming. Good food. very close to ski lifts with access path. Easy access to ski/boot room. Convenient parking. Well maintained properly. Good sized room.

Only the price ;-) But was high season, close to the main lifts, so you pay a premium!

It was a nice time in Tirol and amazing Christmas!

These were wonderful ski holidays. Everything in “ Lasinga” was fine started with the excellent meals and ending with the perfect location and great hotel staff.
