Great villa, not the best location

Breakfast was included, nice pool area, cosy villa, and helpful and friendly staff. The standard deluxe room was lovely - spacious, comfy, with all toiletries and necessities. Free shuttle 3x a day to Ubud is helpful, takes around 30mins. From there, it's easier to get a taxi, scooter, or car. I was happy to be upgraded after a night in a standard room. Deluxe rooms are right in front of the pool and dinning area-so would recommend those. Had a deep tissue massage that felt good, it's double the price, however, compared to some other places in Bali (it depends on the location). The kitchen is taking orders till 10 pm, which is handy; room service is available, food is delicious.

The location is good if you're looking for a relaxing, not active holiday, full of sightseeing. I had trouble ordering a taxi there; they often quoted a higher price than the app so I had to book a private driver to explore the nearby mountain area and waterfalls. To get to Ulun Danu temple, you have to go via Ubud, which adds 30 minutes to your ride, even though on maps it looks nearby. Decide what you want to see before coming because it's in a village, and except for shuttle or private ride/car hire, it's challenging to navigate around, especially for a solo traveller, which adds to the costs. The standard room bathroom is outdoors, and I didn't like the insects getting in and having to keep doors closed so they don't crawl into the bedroom. Small lizards are regular visitors in Bali accommodation, but we hadn't had this issue in Deluxe rooms, so recommend that one. No nearby shops, so it doesn't have that convenience; you need to plan in advance. I wish the pool were open longer than 6 pm, at least until 8 or 9, because there is nothing around to do, and it would feel relaxing, especially in the evening, after a long day of sightseeing. It'd be good to include chicken salami on the breakfast menu, instead of sausages only.

A wonderful place for a quiet and relaxing holiday

The hotel is located away from Ubud, in a quiet place with a lot of forest and nature around it. The place is perfect for a vacation and is generally well maintained. Beautiful garden, quiet and peaceful, away from the noise of the city. The staff is polite and does their job silently. The villa was large and well-arranged. The bathroom was a bit strange because there was almost no indoor part. When the weather is cool, it will probably be cold to take a shower. The bed was large and comfortable. What we liked most was that we spent a lot of time outside and the greenery around was calming. The hotel has a shuttle to Ubud 3 times a day for free and even if you don't have a car, you can get there. We recommend this place to people who need a quiet and pleasant vacation.

The food and breakfast could really be better. There are quite a few options, we tried them all, but overall this is the weak point of the hotel. There is a restaurant that offers almost no international cuisine. Ubud is about 1 and a half hours away, the traffic is terrible there and we only went once because the road is 3 hours in both directions due to heavy traffic. The pool in the villa has no steps and not everyone can use them.The hotel is in a local village and there is nowhere to walk around, there is not much traffic, but there are many dogs and the smell of farm animals.

One bedroom bungalow with garden view

Surrounding was nice it looked like jungle.

The bungalow room had several issues that made the stay uncomfortable. The room was full of bugs and flies, and there was a loud bird outside that made it difficult to sleep through the night. The door didn’t close properly and had a noticeable gap, as did the windows, which likely contributed to the insect problem. While the shower had a nice design, it was located outside and attracted ants and other bugs, making it unpleasant to use. Additionally, the next morning, we discovered that the toilet was dirty with what appeared to be debris or dirt falling from the ceiling.

A memorable stay with family

The staff well above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable. They also arranged ATV and river rafting package for us at a very good rate and allowed us to come back and shower even beyond the checkout time.

We liked everything and especially the accommodative nature and politeness of the front desk and the staff in the restaurant.

Relaxing and spacious beautiful villa in a peaceful location away from the crowds.

The resort is in a nestled away in a remote location and felt modern, clean and well maintained with spacious rooms. The staff were friendly, hospitable, and always on hand to help. They even made possible a large group dinner at very short notice that me and my family greatly appreciated.

As mentioned it is located quite far away from the central Ubud area which some may find inconvenient.

The drawback with the location being so remote was the long trip to Ubud centre. And we experienced some issues with the warm water. After filling out bath tub the warm water run out, a couple of times the shower did not have warm water after using so much warm water to the bath tub.

Dreamy resort located in the heart of the Balinese jungle.

Cool location, the villa itself was gorgeous, great staff and amenities. Felt like I was transported to another world.

The only thing I didn’t like is it was a long drive to get to places we want to go. But the hotel had a shuttle into Ubud and it was still easy to book transportation.

It is a 45 minute trip to Ubud. Which they have a shuttle to. Also Garden View rooms have very thin walls. We were so lucky staff were amazing and moved us to another room as we had very noisy, inconsiderate neighbour's.

Fantastic holiday in nature

You are feeling yourself really special, when we arrived they served a welcome drink and when we went to room they did a foot massage to us. your private villa directly in the nature. We like open bathroom, room is big and swimming pool is enough for 2person, staff always helpful and warm. We like free Ubud shuttle service and room services were fantastic, the restaurant’s menu really diversed. I really recommended for new married couples.

The towels were clean but very old, there were permanent stains on them and their colors had faded, I think it's time to change them :) Since it’s an open bathroom, the sound insulation is very low, all the sounds from the villa next door can be heard

Just amazing!

We had a wonderful stay in a villa with a private pool and impeccable service. Cleanliness, surroundings, and tranquility — everything came together to make it a fantastic experience. The restaurant is excellent and the staff are incredibly attentive. We can only recommend spending some time here to relax, away from the world, in harmony with the rhythm of the jungle.

The food offering did not match the overall quality of the establishment. I would have expected a choice of coffees at breakfast; fresh bakery pastries and breads (not supermarket purchases). Our villa (c) was in reasonably good condition but others needed a little bit of a makeover.

Relaxing honeymoon

The private pool was amazing. The outdoor bathroom was wonderful. Very spacious bath. We spent three days relaxing. We ordered food from the restaurant on site and had it delivered to our room for every meal. There was a shuttle that they provided free of charge to go into town, but there are street vendors a short walk away for smokes and snacks. Everyone was friendly. Our room was made up daily without us having to ask. It was a relaxing honeymoon for us in the jungle surrounded by luscious greenery. Villas were nice and private.

That I had to leave and go back home to reality.

We loved everything. The staff is amazing. They are so kind and professional and lovely. They will do everything to make your stay exceptional. We stayed in the villa with private pool and it was just great. We were greeted with drinks and footmassages at the villa. We booked the flooting breakfast wich was perfection. We also booked massages. The food in restaurant was so good and presented beautifully. Roomservice was great. Villa and whole resort is very clean. Free shuttle to Ubud. We enjoyed our stay so much and would highly recommed it. Thanks to the really wonderfull staff and hope to come back soon.

The staff was so helpful, kind, generous and remarkable in my experience there. They sorted out my mistake in book less time that should be, they had a wonderful attitude to surprise me in my birthday ❤️. Their massage was absolutely speechless. I hardly recommend it.

The breakfast could be better as it's so many options but not variety in only one option, I mean, you just have sweet in one option, another just savory. It would be nice have a mixed.

Escape to the Jungle

Absolutely beautiful spot in the jungle! We stayed in a 2BR villa and it was such a quiet and relaxing space with abosulte privacy. The only thing we heard were frogs and insects at night. The rooms were extremely spacious, had the comfiest beds and the semi-outdoor bathroom with rainhead shower a unique and fun feature. Naturally there are some insects and frogs which only adds to the vibe. Food was excellent also. There are traditional and western options and the menu is extensive! Definitely book the floating breakfast and try the afternoon tea. Both are excellent. The best part were the friendly and attentive staff. From the moment you step in, they will make you feel welcome and help with your every need. This property is literally in the jungle so don't expect lots of restaurants and entertainment around like in other parts of the island. This is truly a place to relax and recharge.
