what can i say... as this is still a brand new young hotel the staff went above and beyond they were friendly helpful and just awesome.
check in was smooth and the room was just a dream huge, comfy, amazing view and just perfect.
the many panoramic pools with the forest views where just breath taking.
the food was one of the best food we have ever had just top notch.
the only 2 things i would recommend is to have more things for children to do at the hotel like a small play area.
the other thing is that to have an option to once you go down the escalator to have an option to go back up the escalator and not wait for 1 hour to change the direction of its movement.
nothing major just very minor things
