One of best places in Ubud

The Hotel offers awesome pool, amazing restaurant and bar with lovely staff! Restaurant and bar are amazing, staff is so friendly and they always smile! Location is really good, 10-15 mins of ride to Ubud center and most tourist attractions in Ubud and famous ones in Bali. Wonderful staying !

The hotel was spotless and extremely clean, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff were outstanding—super friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Their service really made a big difference. The breakfast was excellent, with tasty and fresh options every morning. Overall, an amazing stay! I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again.

Beautiful hotel hidden in Ubud

Everything was amazing at Anandara , the warm welcome , the beautiful rooms , with snacks and mini bar that is restocked every day. The hotel checks up on you the entire day and even when you out site seeing , they are so kind and caring . Whatever you need is provided for with a warm smile . The staff at the Anandara were amazing !!!

Could be better

I liked the staff and the breakfast.

My room was really damp/ humid. When I walked in, you could smell it. The room had a dehumidifier. Every 4 to 5 hours it was full of water, so had to get the water out. So this also happened in the middle of the night. I thought for a 5 star hotel, this wasn’t the experience I expected. For this money you don’t sell humid rooms.

Very peaceful location with beautiful views of the forest. The staff were absolutely amazing and helpful with anything and everything we needed. The free a la carte breakfast was one of the best inclusions I've had anywhere (included coffees, juices, and any item off menu - at no charge).

Mini fridge in room wasn't very cold (so soft drinks were a little warm)

What a wonderful place. An opportunity to escape the bustle of Ubud and relax in beautiful and lush surroundings. Lovely staff, brilliant food and amazing and spacious rooms. Warning: the pool is chilly but would not hesitate to recommend.

The lushness means that there isnt really anywhere to sit in the sun in the afternoon by the pool, but this is a very minor issue

Nice resort which felt like being at a country home! Staffs were nice and very respectful. Bathrooms are good size or rather a large room but mold issues in the shower.

Cleanliness of bathroom/shower, upkeep of the property. Nature walks were in bad repair and part of that was not accessible.

Top notch

We booked this accommodation last minute due to an issue with a previous hotel. However, the staff here were excellent and welcomed us to the resort. From there things continued to be excellent, the room, pool, service and location (a bit quieter, but was to our liking). Overall would definitely recommend staying at AnandaDara. In terms of cleanliness they clean rooms twice a day (if required) so everything is very clean. The yoga was great too!

The only thing that would help improve (although minor) would be more places to hang towels in the bathroom.

Staff and resort are very nice. Smallish resort with wonderful staff and great breakfast.

There is construction right next to the resort. Very hard to relax unless you enjoy construction noise. This bothered us a lot because we were expecting to come here and enjoy the pool, read a book and relax. Check first if there’s still construction before you book.

A beautiful hidden escape in Bali

The staff were very kind especially our driver Mr Teja! Also Mr TRI was helpful in assisting with our tours. The food was great at the restaurant. Unfortunately spa was fully booked so we didn’t get a chance to try.

I was there for my birthday, and the team were really lovely in bringing me a cake and singing happy birthday. All staff were fantastic, special shout out to Ayu :)

Lovely place and great staff!

Beautiful resort in a quiet area of Ubud a bit away from the craziness of the town but near the rice terraces. The rooms are very nice, beds super comfortable, breakfast delicious and huge (but takes a while as it's ala carte and they prepare from scratch) and grounds are beautiful. Most of all the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Special shout out to Ari who took great care of us.

The bathtub is in the main bedroom separated by a curtain and the bathroom stall and shower are separated from the room by frosted glass, so less privacy if you are traveling with someone that isn't a partner.

Exceptional stay, the best I’ve ever been to

I liked everything in this resort. Please do yourself a tend go there, don’t hesitate unless you want to be in the busy area close to the city then maybe this isn’t the place for you because it’s so secluded and quiet. I loved the food from the restaurant it was a 10/10. The cleanliness is definitely also 10/10 the staff members are exceptional, the service is out of this world. I’d like to appreciate Krisna and Deearie for making my stay so wonderful and pleasant. They were really great towards me and took care of me as solo female traveller. Thank you to you two!
