Super nice staff, really clean, very comfortable rooms

The rooms are better on the higher floors, some bugs in the lower floors. The bathroom having no separation is a bit weird

The breakfast had 15 choices, they we ok but feel it could be mixed up abit. The hotel is beautifully designed, staff constantly cleaning, very good at bringing numerous bottles of water. The staff are very nice to deal with. Rooms are massive with lots of storage, very new, we extended our stay. The pool is shaded most of the so the water was cold, bonus large spa pool. The grounds are beautifully manicured We couldn't fault the place at all

Everything was excellent

The attention to detail by staff was second to none

Pool was a little cooler than most in Bali but having Onsen was a bonus

I liked the staff and the breakfast.

My room was really damp/ humid. When I walked in, you could smell it. The room had a dehumidifier. Every 4 to 5 hours it was full of water, so had to get the water out. So this also happened in the middle of the night. I thought for a 5 star hotel, this wasn’t the experience I expected. For this money you don’t sell humid rooms.
