The greenery and peaceful environment. Tranquil setting.
The traffic coming through Ubud.

We loved this hotel and the staff are excellent. The food is of a very high standard. The pool is fabulous (although the water temperature is a little cool as it doesn't get a great deal of direct sunlight). Our room was spacious and very comfortable.
We had some issues with poor communication at times, but this was very minor.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast although lots of construction and no nice view. Room and bathroom were very nice.
Didn’t clean sheets in 8 days, construction dirt and noise without informing, location not so good only close to Tegallalang rice terrace, swimming pool too cold and not clean didn’t swim at all. I requested to leave a day early but they didn’t want to compensate at all.
