Facilité de communication. Précision des informations. La propreté et les équipements. Le quartier est également très intéressant et les transports en commun à proximité.

Appartamento spazioso, pulito e dotato di tutti gli accessori per un breve soggiorno. Doccia fantastica. Situato in un tranquillo quartiere residenziale con molti posti auto disponibili sulla strada, in meno di 10 min a piedi si raggiunge il parco delle Cascine, dove c'è la Visarno Arena (sede del Firenze Rock e di moltissimi concerti dell'estate fiorentina).
Unico neo la mancanza del bidet (si vede anche dalle foto), ad alcuni può non piacere.
