Ocean One has added 3 Gas Grills in the oceanfront courtyard area along with fire pits for the cooler months in between the pool and sand dunes. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Also nearby is the Lowcountry Celebration Park which offers a playground for kids, a vast open area for relaxing, playing games and is home to numerous Festivals and Concerts sponsored by the Town of Hilton Head thru the Hilton Head Recreation Department.
