Location is fabulous! Just a short walk down to the promenade. The apartment has everything you need, and bonus points for the pool.
Not so much the property, but the Nox team who managed the apartment were the reason for a 7 score, not a 9. I followed up for 3 days to get the pool cleaner fixed (the pool was filthy when we arrived). They told me countless times the cleaner was fixed (it wasn’t), it finally got sorted on the last day of our stay. We couldn’t use the pool for the first 3 days of our trip. We also asked for a second set of keys (which they kept telling us they had dropped but hadn’t) and again, that didn’t get sorted until the last day after 3 days of countless follow ups.
