levels with access to the lower level via stairs.

• Upper level has bedrooms 1-4 all with their own

bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has 2 full bathrooms en-

suite.

and 1 guest toilet.

Between the bathroom an open plan dressing nook with console and comfortable chair. Sliding doors open up to private balcony with sea views, small sitting room and TV, Digital safe.

King size bed (can be separated into twins), sea views, dedicated bathroom with walk in shower.



• Bedroom 3:

King size bed (can be separated into twins) with sea views, dedicated bathroom with walk in shower.

Queen size bed with sea and mountain views, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, TV.



Lower level:

The Neighborhood:

Camps Bay is the most perfect holiday destination. Its right in the middle of everything the city has to offer. And from this villa you have the most amazing views of ocean and mountain.



Getting Around:

Uber is very active in this region. The city hop on hop off bus stop is couple of minutes walk away, and the public transport buses as well.



Other Things to Note:

**There will be construction taking place next door starting from mid January 2025 until around August 2026 (we don't have a confirmed date as yet). While we’re not entirely sure what the noise levels will be like, we do know that work is scheduled to happen between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Saturday.



If you do find the noise to be disruptive, during your stay, we’re happy to offer a 20% discount for any days you’re inconvenienced. Additionally, if you’re unhappy at any point during your stay, you’re more than welcome to check out early, and we’ll provide a full refund for any nights you haven’t used.**



We would love to host you, but before securing your booking with us, please ensure that all the guests (over the age of 18 years) staying with you at the villa have read and agreed to sign our Conduct Agreement prior to arrival. We do not allow any parties at our property and are very strict regarding this clause.
