**There is construction taking place behind the villa until around October 2027 (we don't have a confirmed date as yet). While we’re not entirely sure what the noise levels will be like, we do know that work is scheduled to happen between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
If you do find the noise to be disruptive, during your stay, we’re happy to offer a 15% discount for any days you’re inconvenienced. Additionally, if you’re unhappy at any point during your stay, you’re more than welcome to check out early, and we’ll provide a full refund for any nights you haven’t used.**

Every inch of this exquisite property is for your exclusive use.
Getting Around:
We recommend Über for the short trips and your own drive with car for the out of town excursions. You can also walk down to the beach and main restaurant strip of Camps Bay.
Other Things to Note:
We would love to host you, but before securing your booking with us, please ensure that all the guests (over the age of 18 years) staying with you at the villa have read and agreed to sign our Conduct Agreement prior to arrival. We do not allow any parties at our property and are very strict regarding this clause.
You will find our Conduct Agreement at the bottom of the listing under THINGS TO KNOW – HOUSE RULES. Click on SHOW MORE and then click on SHOW MORE again at the bottom of the pop up.
**There is construction taking place behind the villa until around October 2027 (we don't have a confirmed date as yet). While we’re not entirely sure what the noise levels will be like, we do know that work is scheduled to happen between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
If you do find the noise to be disruptive, during your stay, we’re happy to offer a 10% discount for any days you’re inconvenienced. Additionally, if you’re unhappy at any point during your stay, you’re more than welcome to check out early, and we’ll provide a full refund for any nights you haven’t used.**
