Walk out the door to bike, hike, walk, beachcomb,clam dig, kayak, surf, golf, dine. The Putter Room at the golf course for breakfast and lunch across the street, U St Pub 1 blk for lunch, dinner, spirits, Kens Market for groceries/sundries.
Walk to town for shopping and dining. Movies & outlet mall 5 min drive.

Great Location and one of our favorite areas to stay. Walking distance to the beach and some of the best local food places. The house was comfortable with an amazing bed. It could do with a few upgrades but we were basically there just to sleep. Amazing place to stay if you have pets with an enclosed back yard.

What a nice little place to stay in town, just blocks from the Promenade, and one block from a small market as well. Fully stocked with everything we needed, quiet, safe yard for our dog, excellent communication. It wasn't as clean as we would normally expect, we had to clean some things ourselves - scrubbed things off the sinks and fridge handles, swept the kitchen, and the living room end tables were very dusty. Built-in cutting boards seemed to have not been wiped after use. Sheets and towels were clean though, as were the showers, counters, and stove. Bathrooms are rather tiny, so watch your elbows! :) We had seen a fireplace listed in the ad, so brought duraflame logs to use, but it turned out to be a gas fireplace (didn't mention gas in listing.) It seems to have a manual gas turn-on and a provided lighter to light it, which we not comfortable with, so we didn't use it. Aside from these minor things, we had a wonderful stay here and would absolutely rent again!

Overall it is ok. Appliances were nice... refrigerator and washer dryer very new. Bed comfortable. Bathrooms very tiny.
House wasnt ready we got there at check in time. Had to wait 24 hr for it to be cleaned. Hotel accommodations made by host. cleaned. Hotel a
