Great location. Comfy and clean Appartment. Has a bath!
No WiFi. Had to pay extra for bedding and towels. Basically kitchen equipment.

The proximity to both the railway station and the CPD. Both are in relatively short walking distances.
The property was better presented on the online pictures, which created a feeling that I was being bamboozled. By all means, it doesn't mean that the property is not furnished adequately, it just wasn't the same as on the pictures.
