There was a welcoming bar and dining area. The room was great with good facilities. Would recommend.
The staff were friendly and helpful. the food was excellent and the location was good. a short walk from the beach and a bus right outside the hotel to Sandbanks and to Poole.

My only criticism is that the thermostats were set far too high for our room and bathroom making them uncomfortable. We were able to reduce it via the thermostats, but these were overridden by the next morning.
