Superb

The service was excellent. I was there an hour earlier than Check in time but I was let to settle down in the room early. I had to check out early in the morning. The host made a breakfast for me to take away. It is beyond good service. The food was freshly cooked and very tasty. Will 100% recommend to friends.

Moskitoes. Perhape a moskitoes net may stop it. The wall is too thin. I could hear it when people are talking in next room.

They couldn't have done anything better. We had a meal in their restaurant and breakfast at the hotel. It was all excellent. It was a lovely quiet location.

Very enjoyable stay. Only stayed a couple of nights, but could easily have stayed longer.

Ester and Eric the owners of Zur Quelle were very welcoming and hospitable. A small traditional place and could be considered dated, but I prefer 'characterful' and like that sort of thing, so suited me spot-on. A relaxed atmosphere, it felt like staying with friends. Chatting and having a beer with locals. Breakfast was typical continental and more than adequate, nice selection; cold meats, cheese, cereal, yogurt etc. Good coffee too. Something for everyone on the lunch and dinner menu from traditional fare to more generic; pizza, burger etc. Bar/Restau' is nice, somewhat cosy, but also spacious not crammed with tables/chairs. Same with the Terrace.

To use as a base for sightseeing it has everything you need

Very friendly family run business, had all the facilities we needed. Even a great balcony. The bed was large and comfortable.

Nothing to dislike. Some fixtures and fittings were somewhat older, but everything was in working order and fit for purpose.

Top Lage und super Startpunkt für meine Unternehmung.

Das Frühstück und die angenehme Stimmung war hervorragend. Die Gastgeber sind ganz toll und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Ich werde bei meinem nächsten Ausflug in die Eifel auf jeden Fall wieder dort einkehren.

Net niet voldoende om een tweede maal te boeken.

Badkamer is netjes maar zeer klein. Avondlawaai beneden en op het terras. De toon waarop met ons gesproken werd was veel te familiair . Beleefdheid ,vriendelijkheid en duidelijkheid volstaan voor ons.

Klettersteigen in Manderscheid

De zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw!

Je moet er op voorhand reserveren om er, ook als gast, te kunnen dineren. Bij aankomst, na check-in, werd er op onze vraag om diezelfde avond te kunnen dineren negatief geantwoord, het kon niet meer! 's Avonds in de kamer hoor je het lawaai van de mensen op het terras en aan de bar. Geluiden van de andere kamers hoor je ook.

Gerne wieder

Sehr gut gefallen hat: die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeberin und des Gastgebers. Auch die ungezwungene Atmosphäre und die Möglichkeiten die Terrasse und den Garten zu nutzen. Das Zimmer war schön. Das Retro-Bad war hübsch und sauber.

Ein klein wenig mehr Auswahl beim Frühstück wäre schön gewesen. Die Kopfkissen fanden wir nicht so bequem.

De douche is aan de oude kant maar is zeer schoon. Miste nog dat deze hoger gezet kon worden voor lange personen en meer ruimte in de douche cabine

Pension om te relaxen

De passie van de eigenaren om iets moois neer te zetten. De kamers zijn goed, iedere kamer heeft een heerlijk balkon met uitzicht op de weelderige relax tuin. Er is een heerlijk terras buiten waar een goed tapbiertje gedronken kan worden. Het ontbijt is werkelijk perfekt, altijd bijboeken. Tijdens mijn verblijf was de eigenaresse, die ook voortreffelijk lijkt te koken, om medische redenen afwezig. Haar taken werden direkt overgenomen door haar ouders die direkt uit Nederland overkwamen. Wat een lieve familie is dat. Dit pension is een unieke relax plek midden in een schitterend gebied met veel mogelijkheden. Hoewel motorrijders zeer welkom zijn, is het niet per saldo een motorrijders pension.

Klasse Gastgeber und gute Lage

Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer sind groß genug und mit allem eingerichtet, was man an einem Wochenende benötigt. Fernseher und WLAN vorhanden Frühstück war sehr gut !

Die Räumlichkeiten sind etwas hellhörig. Aber das störte mich nicht so sehr, da ich von der Motorradfahrt eh müde war.

Ruhige Pension mit gutem Essen und netten Leuten.

Am besten war der Service. Die beiden Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sie erzeugen eine Atmosphäre zum Wohlfühlen. Zum Abendessen gab es eine recht kleine Karte, aber alles war frisch und lecker. Es hat uns allen gut geschmeckt ! Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet, das man erwartet. Das Frühstück war gut sortiert und falls etwas fehlte, wurde sofort nachgereicht (sehr aufmerksam).

Das Badezimmer ist recht klein. Alles andere war OK !
