Lovely lady of the house

The lady of the house is very welcoming and gives you valuable advice. With her charm she creates a familiar atmosphere. I arrived on a very hot day, however, my room was nice and cool, this without aircon. At breakfast held all you needed and the bread was really good.

Parking was a bit difficult because the yards is small and the drive way narrow, but there were many free street parking spaces around. Also, the bed was a bit too soft for me.

Super location for central amenities and roads. Good breakfast buffet, very clean rooms. Wonderful proprietress.

The room was a bit outdated, but perfectly comfortable and serviceable.

Lovely guesthouse with amazing beds and nice host

Excellent beds, which is an absolute huge plus since most hotels in this category don't have them, lovely, friendly host who was extra caring after a via ferrata incident. Huge room with 2 comfy chairs and even a second toilet.

It is an old house so somewhat cold sometimes.

The breakfast was excellent. A very friendly welcome. The room was very spacious. Our shoes could dry in the drying room. We were very happy that at the end of the season we were welcome.

Une pension simple sur l'Eifelsteig

Propriétaire sympathique (une Néerlandaise parlant bien allemand), prix abordable, à proximité de l'Eifelsteig, wifi fonctionnant correctement (réseau différent selon l'étage, attention)

Le confort est basique, bien que suffisant pour des randonneurs. La maison était fraîche (automne) et l'aération de notre toute petite salle de douche refroidissait beaucoup celle-ci. Je me demande si les lieux ne gagneraient pas en confort global avec des sanitaires collectifs bien chauffés hors des chambres.

Schöne Pension für eine kleine Auszeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Appartement ist frisch renoviert, komfortabel und modern eingerichtet. Man findet auf kleinem Raum alles was man für ein paar Tage zum Versorgen benötigt.

Tweede keer dit jaar als uitvalsbasis voor motortourtje door de Eifel. Prima pension met lekker ontbijt. Voor t avondeten diverse mogelijkheden op loopafstand. Motor kun je parkeren op de binnenplaats die ‘s avonds afgesloten wordt

Nette Wirtin und gute Preis/Leistung

Besonders hervorheben müssen wir die Pensionswirtin Maike!! Sie hat sich um alles hervorragend gekümmert. Frühstück ist auch ausgezeichnet!

Zimmer - zumindest unseres - ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders das Bad ist winzig. Für ein- zwei Nächte aber ok.

Wanderkurztrip in der Eifel

Klein aber feine und gemütliche Pension Mitten in Manderscheid.Ideal für Wandern,,Klettern, Kurztrip und einfach mal runter zu kommen. Zimmer einfach, schlicht und doch gemütlich um nach einem langen Tag in der Natur zu entspannen. Frühstück passte um sich gut in den Tag zu starten. Die Gastgeberin war total nett,hatte ein paar Tipps parat und selbst kleine Anfrage war nie ein Problem.

Alles top, vielleicht in Bad eine kleine Ablage,aber das kriegt man auch hin.

Leuk verblijf in een prachtige omgeving, met een attente gastvrouw.

Je wandelt Pension am Lieserpfad buiten en 10 minuten later zit je in een rustig park, eet je iets in één van de restaurants van Manderscheid, of wandel je naar de mooiste burchten uit de regio.

Een klein koelkastje op de kamer zou handig zijn.

Goed pension en waar voor je geld.

Host was zeer vriendelijk. Goede locatie midden in de Eifel voor ons als motorrijders. Ontbijt was goed. Wifi was ook goed. Fijn dat onze motoren veilig gestald konden worden op de binnenplaats.

Kamers zijn best gehorig, vloeren kraakten waardoor we mensen boven ons hoorden. Bed en kussen was in mijn optiek te zacht.

Super nett geführte Pension mit sauberen, einfachen Zimmern und einem leckeren Frühstück

Mein Zimmer war einfach, hatte aber alles was man braucht. Und es war sehr sauber. Die Besitzerin ist super sympathisch und macht alles möglich, was möglich zu machen ist. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker.

Die Treppe zur 1. Etage ist etwas steil (ich hatte z.Zt. Knieprobleme) und eng. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls sehr klein, aber da ich im Einzelzimmer übernachtet habe, hat das ausgereicht.

Pension für Kurzaufenthalt

Die Lage ist sehr gut, Erreichbarkeiten von Lokalen und Geschäften wie auch Ausgangspunkte für Wanderungen im Ort gut. Zimmergrösse war gut.

Einfahrt zum Parkplatz der Pension nicht gut, grössere Autos nicht rauffahren! Meine Tichter hat sich an der Einfahrt sogar ihren Fiat 500 angeschraubt da gegenüber ein großes Auto stand. Der Platz hinten ist auch sehr eng. Umliegende Parkmöglichkeiten nutzen! Dusche mit Vorhang für große Menschen nicht so geeignet. Teilweise Renovierungsstau. Besitzerin macht alles alleine, ist sehr gesprächig. Frühstück ist ausreichend aber das wars dann auch... aber sie macht es mit Herz zurecht.

Prima gelegen pension. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Keuze genoeg bij het ontbijt en heerlijke paaseitjes. Motor kon veilig op de binnenplaats staan en de locatie is mooie uitvalsbasis voor dagtochten met de motor, maar ook na het eten nog even te voet. En enkele eetplekken op loopafstand.

Kleine, schlichte und nette Pension als guter Ausgangspunkt für wander- und Klettertouren

Kleine, schlichte Pension in einer Wandergegend (Wander- und Klettersteige beginnen quasi hinter dem Haus). Auch relativ gut mit dem ÖPNV zu erreichen, von Frühjahr bis Herbst fahren die Busse sogar mit Fahrradanhänger. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Inhaberin. Lunchpakete für Touren können bestellt werden.

Manderscheid selbst ist ein beschaulicher Kurort mit zwei Restaurants, einem Wanderausstatter und einer Apotheke. Für Supermärkte muss eine größere Stadt aufgesucht werden.
