Loved our stay! Friendly and accommodating staff, great rooms and location. We had to leave early in the morning before breakfast was served and they kindly packed a breakfast the night before so we wouldn’t go hungry :)

we absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The territory, spa and restaurant were just superb! The staff of course made it memorable, they really go extra for their guests, so we did not want to leave the property!!! Its very clear, very well kept, the gardens are so so beautiful and the views are breathtaking!! Gennaro at the restaurant is just the best!!! We will very much miss this place and hope to come back!!! I still crave those cakes at breakfast and you must try all deserts in the dinner menu! :)
I would not say we did not like something. This place is very unique and dont think further when booking- you will have a great time there! Just few minor suggestions: the music at breakfast and dinners is the same every day and becomes too repetitive so by the end of the stay we were asking to change it!! It should def made a difference if it was more uplifting and changed every night. And finally please consider adding pizza to your menus!!!! :)

The location was perfect
The room was much smaller than it appeared on the website. Outside the window of the room was a busy performance area. Large crowd and street performers making noise from 5:30pm to 3am every night
